  Ordered to go on my phone food was supposed to be ready at 5:50 wasn’t ready until almost 6:30 and it was all wrong. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to fix the food so in total it was ready an hour after it was supposed to be. They only took the food that was wrong so the rest of the food was basically cold by the time they fixed my order. Absolutely ridiculous.

  If I could give half stars I would absolutely by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to call in a order to get hung up on go there to pick up what the lady took of my order waited 45 mins when it looked like a ghost town and everyone just was standing around and wanted to argue with each other unreal I moved here in 3rd grade ate here now for 20 years the decline this place has from then I’m surprised it’s still open what a shame

  We came to the Buffalo wild wings as a lacrosse team after winning a game and there was maybe 25 of us. They gave us one server and she only came by every hour. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and got our food finally and it wasn’t even a hard order. It was just wings and chips and salsa And cheese curds and we didn’t get any refills and it was almost like she was ignoring us, But we Had Sat there for near three hours before we could get our food or even our appetizers not even our main meal very disappointed

  I placed a delivery order through Buffalo Wild Wings (Order #1000052495445) totaling over $90, and the experience was unacceptable. Part of my order was never delivered. When I called, I was told the restaurant still had the missing items. Instead of correcting their mistake, I was told I would need to come pick it up myself or request a refund through Uber Eats—even though I placed the order directly through the Buffalo Wild Wings website. I then had to drive 20 minutes each way to retrieve food I had already paid to have delivered. Upon arrival, there was no one at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes before being helped. When I was finally assisted, there was no apology, no sense of urgency, and no effort to make things right. To make matters worse, I was not reimbursed for the inconvenience, and after leaving, I realized they had still forgotten my sauce. This situation reflects a serious breakdown in both service and accountability. I expect a response from management regarding how this will be addressed and what will be done to prevent this from happening again. As it stands, I cannot recommend this location for delivery.

  We got there sat down, ordered the appetizer, and some overpriced 'fancy drinks,. That all came out quick and was good. Then we waited another 30 minutes or so, and started wondering why our food was taking so long. I mean 2 salads, a wrap, and some wings shouldn't take 30 plus minutes even on a busy day, but it was nearly dead. Our waitress hadn't been by since we ordered our food (over 30min) so I waived her down and just asked her to cancel our order and we paid for the drinks and appetizer. We overtipped for the service, and then went to another restraunt all together. Crazy thing...we had to wait for a table at Spunky Mcdoogle's due to the crowd, but were still in and out in less time than we spent at BWs and got great service. You know more or less what you hope for when you go out to eat. If you don't mind waiting an hour for mediocre food and your waitress forgetting you, BWs could be your place. If you want something better it can't be that hard to find.
