- JPJohn PApr 8, 20261.0I swear this is the worst Bojangles on earth. every single time I stop at this Bojangles I regret it. was on that side of town and craving Bojangles tea. drive-thru and order a large sweet tea and a cinnamon twist. get to the window and pay for it to then be told there are no cinnamon twists. I was told I could have a boberry biscuit instead. not offered a refund. not offered to wait 5 minutes while they cooked some cinnamon twists. just told I could have a bowberry biscuit. I don't like bowberry biscuits. I think a biscuit drenched and icing is disgusting quite frankly. In a hurry to get back to work so I just took my tea and crappy iced biscuit and headed back to work. Open the bag and there's no napkins, no eating utensils and of course no straw. this crap happens every single time I go there. whoever owns this franchise needs to clear house and start over. dear God I just tasted the tea after finally finding a straw. whoever made this tea should be incarcerated for at least 10 to 12 years.
