    Arbys in New Bern. The Beef and Cheddar sandwich was sloppy to eat and potato cakes were not fully cooked???Probably pulled early? Cashier was polite and courteous. Plenty parking

    The sandwichs were on the bottom of the bag. Looked like someone sat on them. The bag was too small for order. Not impressed with service or care of food

    I've been stopping in here for over 2 years and I have never gotten a wrong order, the food is always fresh and the service is spot on.

    Ruth was amazing! Favorite worker, I go there to see her atleast once a week and she never fails to make my experience wonderful. She’s so friendly and always talks up a storm with me. Food was okay

    Food was ok potion size was small compared to other arbys but the real reason im hitting 3 star was the bathroom was horrendous
