    Possibly 20 customers max but have a wait and multiple tables available. Assuming not enough help to accommodate the level of customers. Management needs to resolve the issue or give up the franchise. As a beach location it is unacceptable. Aftet waiting close to 45 minutes other customers who came in after us were receiving their food. After questioning how much longer the food would be the waitress began walking away while answering and rolled her eyes. Asked for a manger and decided to leave without the food.

    I went to Outter Banks and stopped at OUT Back Steakhouse to eat.We ordered the takeout order center cut sirloin for 4 Bloomin Bundle Meal.My food was prepared in a timely manner. The food was cooked perfectly. I put a few things in a special note and they paid attention to every detail.When I pulled in to pickup my curb-side order it was brought right out.The girl who brought my food out was very friendly. I really just want to thank everyone that prepared my food tonight me and my wife don't have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy a meal together very often due to work.Great job you guys did a amazing job tonight keep up the good work.

    This was by far my worst experience at any outback in a very long time. We arrived about an hour before closing, so I tried to give them the benefit of that. But when we placed our order, we started with appetizers. They brought out "marinara" that looked like straight tomato paste. Had to ask the waitress if we could get fresh dipping sauce, she said oh my gosh, yes, let me get right on it. Then she comes back to take our order, they were out of the ribs we wanted, so we had to choose something else. Then they were out of the Loaded Potato soup, so we had to choose something else again. Then if all that wasn't bad enough. When it came time to order dessert, wouldn't you know, they were out of the cookie skillets, so yet again, had to order something different. We ended up getting the Chocolate Thunder from down under. When I started to eat mine, I realized there was this large piece of metal under my ice cream. Upon further inspection, it appeared to be maybe from the ice cream scoop, but I honestly do not know. We brought it to the attention of our waitress who in turn made the manager on duty aware of the situation. She comes over and offers us an apology but no real explanation. She gave us four 10 dollar gift cards that were left over from father's day, which can't be used together, nor with any other offers. She then proceeded to tell us that was all she could do for us because the owner wasn't there. No discount on our food or any real concern from her. Was extremely disappointed in everything but our waitress, Megan was awesome, that is why I gave service 5 stars! If you are there in OBX, I would suggest going to spend your money somewhere other than this outback until they can start stocking their supplies and making food without foreign objects in them.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. From the moment we were seated, the service was lacking. We never even knew who our actual server was because no one properly introduced themselves. Throughout our entire meal, no one checked on us to see how our food was, whether we needed anything, or if our drinks needed refilling. We sat with empty glasses for an extended period of time and were never offered additional beverages. Customer service is about more than simply delivering food to the table. A server should check in periodically, make sure guests are satisfied with their meals, and address any concerns. None of that happened during our visit. We felt completely overlooked and forgotten. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing as well. The quality was not what we have come to expect from Outback Steakhouse. Had anyone checked on our table, we would have had the opportunity to mention some of the issues with our meal, but no one ever asked. When we finished eating, we were not offered boxes for our leftovers and again received no follow-up from the staff. The entire experience felt rushed and inattentive, despite us spending a significant amount of money on our meal. We chose Outback expecting good food and friendly service, but sadly neither met expectations. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works with the staff to improve both the level of service and the quality of the dining experience for future customers.

    Here’s a polished Google review you can post: I had a very disappointing experience at Outback yesterday. When I arrived, customers were standing near the entrance complaining and using profanity because of the long wait times. The hostess explained that it was “changeover time,” but that did not excuse what followed. After being seated, I noticed the table was sticky. The waitress seemed reluctant to clean it. My salad arrived about 25 minutes before my meal, and the lettuce was old and wilted. The bowl was mostly filled with dressing rather than fresh salad. The fries that came with my entrée appeared old, overcooked, and were too hard to eat. I ordered the bone-in sirloin because I expected better flavor, but the steak was extremely tough, dry, and inedible. Throughout the meal, no one came back to check on us or ask how the food was. Eventually, I had to carry my plate to the bar and ask for a manager. I was told the manager was too busy cooking to come speak with me. After waiting and receiving no assistance, I left the restaurant without eating dinner. This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had, especially considering the price of the meal. I hope management addresses both the food quality and customer service issues. This version is firm, professional, and detailed, which tends to be taken more seriously by management and other readers.
