- DHdavid henderson6 days ago1.0Had to take chicken back purchased from the drive thru and was given cold chicken went to trade in and workers snatched the receipt from the box to give me a refund I said I would wait for more chicken she responded it would take 15 minutes and we don't have a microwave either so I asked for my money back because of the smart response I told her my chicken should not have been cold from the start and it should have been chicken cooking before you ran out especially at 3pm but the shift before them always are great the 3 pm shift sucks

So we went and got in the drive through. While trying to give our order the computer kept messing our order up. We left and went to waffle king. Tried a second time the next morning. Everything went off without a hitch. The service was good as was the food. I gave them 2 stars because of not getting waited on the 1st morning. The food was a 5 on the second morning. I'll try them again if I'm in the area.

Had to order three times before the automated order system got the order right. Finally got to the window and asked the attendant to tell me what she thought we had ordered just to make sure it was what I wanted. It was, so I paid & received my food but there were no straws for the drinks or napkins in the bag. The food was okay but the experience of trying to order via a robot voice instead of a real person and lack of someone checking to make straws, napkins, and utensils are provided with order is enough to make me not want to return in the future. Customer service is important to me and your staff and automated order system failed to provide it on this visit.

But he was running his butt off. Two managers were standing around talking to two young girls that came in whom I am assuming were their daughters. People in line were getting pissed because the young man only had two hands nd no help from the managers. The place looked like a bom hit it and no one cleaning up. There was no tea in the earns. Two fountain drinks were broken. There was no ice. And no hand towels in the restroom. Is this place under new management? If it is it is a joke!!! Won’t go back. Feel sorry for the young man out front if this is what he has to put up with. You need new management. The two there today were a waste!

I always get the family deal and they go above and beyond to make sure that I have fresh everything...chicken, biscuits, sides 😁 and the presentation is always wonderful.
