    Everything was great until we walked up to the counter to get our food and they told us they had no ketchup. Seriously? No ketchup? You serve sandwiches, wraps, and french fries yet you have no ketchup. Who eats french fries without ketchup???

    One of the best Arby's I've eaten at. Great friendly service, quick, and cooked well. Assistant manager was super nice.

    Absolute 10/10. Even with the shortage of people in Cherokee county that actually want to work these guys rocked it! They need more recognition!! This is easily the best Arby's I've ever been to!

    Restaurant was perfectly clean even the restroom was very clean!! Food came out hot and tasted excellent! Amazing experience was very impressived!
