  30 mins in the drive thru. Shut down if you can't operate. This is t the first time. And every time the order is wrong. Please do better.

  nobody was working and after I paid They made us sit there for an hour. Should have gave us the food for free and my money back how lazy they are.

  Ever since this place opened up, it’s been ridiculous. I’ve been going to Taco Bell in another town just to get good service. I shouldn’t have to do that. Looks like two people working and three people just walking back-and-forth standing around, while the lobby has six people waiting. I haven’t been to this location in quite a while thought maybe things have changed, Nope, location still is terrible.

  Baby I have never felt so flabbergasted when it comes to fast food this place is the worsttt. I am so serious about taco bell and a crisp baja but the Mount Holly location has got to be a joke like why are you looking and talking to me like I'm rude for placing an order (in the middle of the day mind you) and then give me a soft potato taco without potatoes you are playing in my face like a sick sick man. Everytime I pulled through they got my order wrong or dead on gave me someone else's food and then they act like I'm the problem for wanting MY order HUH. The staff is untrained and not right like??? Belmont would never and has never.

  The fact that it takes an hour and 2 minutes to get your food is absolutely insane. You're better off closing being short staffed than pissing people off that are stuck in line for almost an hour without an exit. Open the mobile order side there is a reason it is there. This is a complete JOKE of an establishment. By far the worst speed and service of any fast food experience I have ever had. Online order was placed at 12:06. I left the drive thru at 1:08. I was stuck in line along with everyone else unable to cancel an order and leave.
