Ary and josh were the only ones working today as the line got longer and longer. Ary gave great customer service but i could tell she was having a hard day. And josh always make the food the best. I usually end up getting extra if hes making tacos. These two need raises and some freaking help. I can tell its not easy on them

After an hour wait trapped in the drive thru I reach the window. Only to be told … ma’am it’s gonna be a while before we can get your food made. I said , we’ve already been here a while, how much longer is a while. Her response, a long time. We can give you a refund. WTH! I want my food, it’s dinner for ny family. She said, go on the app and cancel your order for your refund. I asked to see a manager but she said he was too busy to help me either. I mind you that they did serve the lady in front of me and four others in front f her. Never again will this establishment get a dollar of mine.

My experience at Mt. Holly, NC Taco Bell was very frustrating from start to finish. The service was extremely SLOW and the employees including the manager seemed disengaged. After waiting far longer than reasonable for a simple order, the food I received was cold, stale, and sloppily prepared. I asked to speak with the manager and before I could speak he apologized for the wait , threw me a free taco card and slammed the window in my face. I went inside to speak with him and he never came to the speak with me. I’ve had better experiences at other Taco Bell locations, but this one needs major attention to both customer service and food quality.

Extremely slow location. Placed an order for pickup and waited in the parking lot for a half an hour but I went in to check on the order again. She said there was still five more orders ahead of me still somehow so I canceled my order and left. Regular restaurants have faster food prep than this so-called fast food location
