- RCRandall CArlisleSep 3, 20263.0We ordered online and drove over. Not quite done yet, but the guy was friendly. When we got home with the food, everything was there. The seasoned fries were great. The chicken nuggets ( boneless wings) were tender and cooked well, but they were DRY. Put some sauce on there! We had 10 wings with Louisiana flavor that barely even touched the wings in the scant amount of sauce. The 2 sets of 5 wings were the same. I couldn't even wad the paper around the nuggets to get them moist. We may try them again, but what we got did NOT look like the photos online and such. Way too dry. Add sauce. Add sauce. Then add some more. That should be good.

- SFSunrise FarmJul 18, 20262.0I really wanted to love this location. This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered and not received part of our order. After placing an $80 order today and missing several items, I called to get a refund on the missing items and was told that refunds can’t be made for online orders. They were more than happy to fix the missing items, if my husband drove the 20 minutes back to the location and then the 20 minutes back home. I get being a new location and just opening so I didn’t write a review the first couple times it happened. However, when someone places a large order, someone should be verifying that the items are in the bag.

- JPJordon PeoplesMay 22, 20261.0Got lemon pepper wings. Got them well done. Half the order was right, the other half was not. Picture shows a well done wing and how the other ones was cooked. They was soggy and not well done at all. Told the people up front and you could see the cooks in the back unhappy and mocking us because we wanted what we wanted. I eat Wingstop every where I go, and never have an issue like we did today. Not a big deal that they messed up at all. The reaction was ridiculous though.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
How can I input special instructions into my online order?
We offer the most commonly ordered menu items as options for our online ordering system. If you're craving something special and can't find it online, call your Wingstop directly and they'll get your flavor hooked up.
