  I am so tired of ordering delivery and getting a pizza that is burnt or Putting in an online delivery order Just for it to get canceled either because they say they don’t have a driver or like tonight my online delivery order gets canceled for reasons I do not know because I didn't even get a call or at least a text from the store to tell me why they canceled it!! So my 11 yr old daughter and I have been sitting here waiting for our food. And I happen to notice it is taking an awful long time for them to get here so I go to check the app to see what’s going on and it said they canceled my order. This store in particular is super rude and I seem to have an issue a lot and as much as I order from there you would think we would be treated a little better than that. And as far as tonight, the order that got canceled, I put it in about 10:40 PM They do not close until 11pm and all my daughter and I had ordered was a thing of their cheese sticks which does not take long to make. I do not live far from Papa John’s at all. I am literally like three or four minutes away from the mount airy store. But what really makes me mad is they didn’t have the decency to at least call to let me know that they are not coming and the reason why they are not coming. But the fact that they didn’t contact me to explain why, let’s me know they just didn’t give a crap and was to lazy to bring it and wanted to close up early and go home. Gee thanks!

  The pizza I ordered was two items short and on top of that they were just bits and pieces of pepperoni, what a joke this place is, while I was waiting for my pizza, another gentleman brought his pizza back because it wasn't right and they fixed him another one and it was not right,

  I would like to recognize Brett Edward’s for his outstanding customer service. He always strives to make sure that the pies and cheese sticks are cooked to perfection. My Family and I appreciate him always making sure our order is fix d correctly.
