How do you get way backed up at 11am on a Thursday in the first place. Then refuse orders because you can’t do your job. What’s the owner even paying you for?

Then I get on google for a review and what do I read, exactly what everyone else has problems with. It’s not the customer it’s the employees. They have no common sense or a lick of manners. If it won’t for Dunkin’s signature recipe i honestly would never come here. I don’t see how Molly is gonna pass college when she can’t comprehend a simple instruction. If they did as much work they do talking maybe they would be more efficient

- PTPatrick TuckerMay 24, 20261.0Today, 5-24-26 approximately 10 am tried to order a small iced oat milk latte with vanilla syrup, no swirl as it contains milk. I specifically advised NO SWIRL only Syrup! Mentioned this twice. Consuming any dairy products would cause a anaphylactic shock. Returned home and discovered vanilla swirl in my drink. Returned and ordered again the same order via drive thru. The young girl answered saying no milk. Yet again Vanilla Swirl containing milk was added after several times asking no Vanilla Swirl made of milk. Returned inside the store this time and explained the problem. The drinks were remade, BUT all the young girls were rude in that they could be heard complaining of making the drinks right not giving any care as to what could have happened had just one drink would have caused. I wonder if they have any family members who have severe allergies that could cause anaphylactic shock? I hope they never have to witness this medical emergency. The manager, who looked young, did not do her job! Too inexperienced to have been placed in that position as a person with knowledge and experience would not have allowed the employees to shame a customer for returning a drink or food item that, by their refusal to get it right would cause a medical emergency. I suggest anyone with allergies to stay away from this Dunkin Donuts!
