  I’m visiting my brother in law for the weekend and we all decided to order some pizza, I have worked for dominos in my home state for 2 years so best believe I know about how this works, we ordered and was waiting for our food, the app tells us that our delivery driver was in the neighborhood but his location said otherwise. A couple seconds later it said delivered, we walked outside and no sign of the driver or any food. So we went to call the store and then the driver pulls up, we walk up to the car and he immediately was rude and had a attitude when trying to give him a tip ($10) he didn’t say have a nice day or anything just here and oh thanks when handed cash, when we got back to the apartment we opened the box of pizzas to find it wrong, we had ordered two pan pizzas one: pepperoni and bacon, the second one ranch as the sauce with bacon and chicken with one side with buffalo sauce, the buffalo sauce was on the pep bacon one not even half out it, 2 out of the 8 slices had no buffalo sauce, so we called and asked for a remake, they told us that they couldn’t deliver it like previously had, and said to us we had to pick it up. Whatever fine so we walk into the store and the lady at the front was rude and didn’t greet us or anything, just said “name” rudely and stern, we explained to her our situation and she just repeated name. So we gave her it and she was huffing and puffing like she wanted to blow our house down and shaking her head like it was an inconvenient that she or whoever in that store messed up our pizza, didn’t apologize for messing it up, nothing a worker next to her said something but still, she walked away and couldn’t even look us in the eye. They say southern hospitality but the whole time I’ve been here every worker has been rude and disrespectful

  I ordered and left house and went to get order. First off there was plenty of parking and easy to get into. I walked in and this Lady was absolutely busting her tail ALL by herself making pizzas, answering phones, getting orders and boxing orders. My order was misplaced and I want you to know she was professional and absolutely amazing at how she handled herself and the situation. She asked me to give her a few minutes and she would make it right. I totally understand how food service can be and I was already impressed with here character and ability to take charge. So I came back in a few and she had everything perfect and ready and overly apologized. I’m not sure of your name but thank you for restoring a little faith back in humanity for me. Dominoes you should be ashamed of yourself for the work load you put on this Lady. I work hard. Not many any harder than I do but wha she was going through was uncalled for. Staff your facility. Hold people accountable and you had better pay that girl well and appreciate her cause if I have an opportunity come up I will hire her myself. If you can’t staff it properly shut it down. Or better yet some of you corporate people go and help until you do get it staffed. Food was great. Service was phenomenal. Your ability to treat your associate in a humane manner was substandard.

  Great food, but they wouldn't allow me to order in store an hour before they close, made me walk outside call in the order with their ai calling center, then walk right back in 10m later to get the order
