- DDDunja DJul 12, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ on S. Main Street in Mount Holly. When I walked in, no one greeted me. Instead, I was immediately told to use the kiosk if I was paying with a card. I explained that I had a specialty drink order and couldn’t use the kiosk because I didn’t know how to enter all of the customizations. I don’t work for Dunkin’, and I haven’t been trained on how to build specialty drinks or which ingredients and quantities to select. I stood in the lobby for about 20 minutes while employees continued preparing drinks for other customers. I was the only customer waiting inside without being helped. Eventually, an expediter noticed I still hadn’t been assisted and asked Brad to help me. His response was, “I need to finish these drinks.” After waiting so long, I asked, “What’s three or four more drinks? I’ve already been standing here.” Brad simply turned around, looked at me, and said, “I’m busy.” Thankfully, Josiah stepped in and did his best to help. Since he normally works the drive-thru, my drink wasn’t made correctly, but I appreciate that he at least acknowledged me and tried to provide service. The employees who were most capable of making my drink correctly and efficiently chose not to help. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Customers should be greeted, acknowledged, and assisted—especially when they explain why they can’t use the kiosk. I ended up driving to Joe Muggs in Gastonia rather than returning to this location, even though this Dunkin’ is directly across the street from where I live. I hope management addresses the lack of customer service and reminds employees that treating customers with respect should always come first.

We walk in(only customers in store)and the employees tell us it will be a while. I told them we already ordered and they said again it will be a while. I asked them to cancel my order and they said they couldn't. I canceled it and left but still have not received a refund. The manager is never there so I need someone to contact me to get this taken care of. I'm not paying for bad service and food I didn't receive. It's so bad that this is right next to my house but I have to drive to dunkin in belmont to even get an order.
