We walk in(only customers in store)and the employees tell us it will be a while. I told them we already ordered and they said again it will be a while. I asked them to cancel my order and they said they couldn't. I canceled it and left but still have not received a refund. The manager is never there so I need someone to contact me to get this taken care of. I'm not paying for bad service and food I didn't receive. It's so bad that this is right next to my house but I have to drive to dunkin in belmont to even get an order.

They refunded me my money with no problem, but I still dry heave at the thought of worms in my drink. Needless to say I haven't been back. I'm only posting this for awareness, so you'll know to check your drink before you leave.
