  Avoid this place! Horrible and unprofessional staff!!! We ordered some pizzas online. When we arrived, the staff gave our order to another customer and expected us to wait an additional 30-45 minutes. The staff didn’t want to give our money back until the manager stepped in. The shift leader needs to be reprimanded. This place is extremely unprofessional. You are much better off going to Coppola’s or Little Italy. The staff is much nicer there, and their pizzas are better anyhow.

  The staff at this Mt Airy location were sooo much fun and friendly. And the food was fantastic!!

  I went and died in w my family yesterday evening the food was great the waitress if I remember correctly name was Jennifer she was so amazingly nice and took great care of my table but I guess she was the manager a girl named Meghan she was down right rude and disrespectful she was yelling at other employees w cuss words in front of small kids she doesn't need to be in the position she is in

  My mother and I stopped here to dine in and waited over 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. We were ready to order food when our beverages arrived but was told someone would be right back. We noticed a customer getting his own drinks, plates, and utensils. Another 15 minutes passes and no one came to take our food order. We ended up leaving. I could have been understanding if it were busy but there were less than 10 customers in the restaurant.

  Usually its a good place but tonight will have to eat a $50 purchase. They say they don't do refunds. Ordered a Dinner box and another medium pizza and I know they are busy but I seen one of their employees slinging the pizzas half in the boxes and half out and it wasn't because it was hot it was because he was mad. But not just the pizza he was doing that with the pasta dishes as well. Because they were busy. Another lady seen the same employee do it as well as that lady was waiting for breadsticks and she was waiting for an hour.
