  The server that waited on us was really polite, she took our order & after about 15 minutes I saw her talk with the cook and asked him where our order was and evidently he didn't receive the order or the order went somewhere else, I don't know. She took ownership of the problem and came back to the table and explained what had happened & said they were putting a rush on the order. While waiting for our food they had a order that didn't go to a table in the restaurant. I don't know if there is a glitch in the POS or what , but to me the GM & Owner need to communicate on this problem. Other than that, the pizza was really good and the mozzarella sticks were really good as well. Both of the ladies that worked today was doing the best job they could, and the one cook I give him props as well, he brought our pizza out & said he was sincerely sorry for the delay and what happened. So, the two ladies working & the one cook should be patted on the back for the job they did.

  Our experience was very disappointing. Our waitress only came to our table once to bring our drinks and never returned to check on us or see if we needed anything else. There were four people in our party, and we all ordered the buffet. Unfortunately, only a few pizzas were being brought out approximately every 10 minutes. By the time we made it to the buffet, the pizza had already been taken by other customers. While we were able to make sure our children had something to eat, neither my wife nor I were able to eat during our visit.
