  It’s one thing to cheat adults, but to cheat kids is low. I haven’t been to this Pizza Hut and thought it would be a nice place to eat and my son to play while out truck was next door getting an oil change. My son spent 50 bucks and over an hour of game play to win over 1000 tickets for the Lego prize he saw inside. He so excited, that was until we went to purchase the prize we clearly could see in the container. The machine was showing “out of stock” for EVERYTHING. I asked the manager of the store to help and quote “it’s not run by us, I can’t do anything about it does he want a cookie instead?” I told him we just spent 50 bucks in here and a cookie wasn’t acceptable, is there no one who can unlock or operate the machine? The manager replied “yeah, the guy is supposed to fill it up, I guess I can call him, you could call too.” Nothing else was done. My son was heartbroken over it, and while it may seem small, the fact this is a common occurrence (as seen by the many other poor reviews) shows it’s a problem going ignored. This is why this location is failing, first time visiting and they have lost (another) local customer.

  Ordered online. Used drive thru. The girl working the window was super friendly. Very pleasant. Pizza was excellent. Thanks

  Avoid this place! Horrible and unprofessional staff!!! We ordered some pizzas online. When we arrived, the staff gave our order to another customer and expected us to wait an additional 30-45 minutes. The staff didn’t want to give our money back until the manager stepped in. The shift leader needs to be reprimanded. This place is extremely unprofessional. You are much better off going to Coppola’s or Little Italy. The staff is much nicer there, and their pizzas are better anyhow.
