  What are the worst experiences I've ever had at a food lion. Did shopping as normal and went to the register. Had a cashier named Braylon 0214. Never greeted me nor tell me to have a nice day nor even responded to anything I said. She had no problem having a conversation with a lady in front of me but when a man came up and was just trying to do shopping and was expecting just a hello or have a nice day and got nothing really shows one person's character and shows how the world is becoming more dehumanized. Don't think I will ever come back to this location ever again.

  Absolutely unacceptable. I don’t even understand how this is allowed to continue. There is an employee here who does absolutely nothing and I mean NOTHING but sit in a chair and stare at customers the entire time. It is beyond uncomfortable and honestly very off-putting. Every single time I come into this store, it’s the exact same situation. No greeting, no assistance, no effort whatsoever. Just sitting there, staring like customers are an annoyance. That is not customer service that is the complete opposite. At this point, it feels like management is either unaware or simply doesn’t care, because there is no way this should be going on repeatedly. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or unwelcome just for walking into a grocery store. If employees are going to be paid, they should be expected to actually work and interact with customers in a basic, professional way. This experience has made me seriously question continuing to shop at this location. Do better.

  Food Lion was pretty normal. Not super fancy but not super expensive either.

  The service desk IS ALWAYS CLOSED!!! The lady that sits up front in a chair watching everyone like we are all thieves, she is extremely rude! .Always acts as all customers are inconvenience. She automatically gets upset if she has to get out of her chair. Western Union is a joke there.They are never open or help you at the service desk. I usually don't do reviews.I love my town and everyone in it.But this is out of control. Very Bad customer service when it comes to this issue.
