So there’s cheesy, and then there’s cheesy. But how can you get to the good kind of cheesy? Like cheesy cheesy. Simple, take the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito for example. With a perfect combination of warm Nacho Cheese Sauce, refried beans and premium Latin rice all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, it’s the kind of cheesy you definitely want.
If you’re one of those kids who has a thing for hot potatoes, why don’t you just try the Spicy Potato Soft Taco instead. It’s got warm and seasoned potato bites, melted real cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, and chipotle sauce for a little extra kick.
Crispy chips, nacho cheese sauce, refried beans, and red sauce; you know that whomever you’re with is going to want “just one.” Before you know it, there’s one chip left: the chip at the bottom of the pile, with only a corner covered in cheese and a tiny pinto bean. So get a second Triple Layer Nachos for you and your friends.
We could all learn a little something from Spicy Tostada. Most meals try to keep everything hidden behind a thin layer of tortilla or corn shell. Spicy Tostada, on the other hand, has no insecurity about sharing its true inner self. It doesn’t care if you see its refried beans, real cheddar cheese, and lettuce. It doesn’t mind if you think its red sauce is maybe too red, or not red enough. Or if its chipotle sauce may be a little hard to pronounce.
If you’re living life the way you’re supposed to, morning is always going to be a struggle. This is why Mountain Dew® Kickstart™ exists, to give you the energy to fight through the fatigue.
Check this out: if you make good with the Brisk® guys who run the party, they might take you to this secret dance-club thing below the tree, and all the roots are actually straws filled with free Brisk® Mango Fiesta.
Instead of a crunchy corn shell, the Soft Taco Supreme® has a soft, flour tortilla. It’s so soft, it exclusively listens to Toronto hip-hop. Dreamy. Soft. Delicious.
A warm flour tortilla filled with tender shredded chicken, seasoned rice, avocado ranch sauce, and real cheddar cheese. In terms of wrapped meals, the Shredded Chicken Burrito is perfect.
Your choice of marinated and grilled chicken or steak served with guacamole, pico de gallo, black beans, crisp lettuce, seasoned rice and reduced-fat sour cream all packed into a seriously powerful bowl.
With its warm seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, crisp lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a crunchy tostada shell... one might say the Crunchwrap Supreme® set the rules for all Crunchwraps to follow.
A warm and melty quesadilla wrapped around seasoned beef, seasoned rice, cheese, nacho cheese sauce, reduced-fat sour cream and chipotle sauce grilled to perfection.
A warm soft flatbread layered with a three-cheese blend and warm nacho cheese sauce wrapped around a crunchy taco shell filled with seasoned beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and spicy ranch sauce.
A soft flour tortilla filled with grilled, marinated all-white-meat chicken, a melty blend of three cheeses and creamy jalapeno sauce grilled to perfection.

I visited Taco Bell on both 8/13 and 8/14 around 10:30 p.m., and the difference in service between the two nights was disappointing. On 8/13, I had phenomenal service through the drive-thru. The employees were friendly, the service was great, and my food was good.
Unfortunately, my experience on 8/14 was completely different. The employee taking my order seemed to be rushing me. When I got to the window, I politely asked if it was too late to add a quesadilla and told them that if it was, I had absolutely no problem going back around through the drive-thru. The employee responded by telling me that doing that runs up their drive-thru time and that next time I needed to speak up at the window. Again, I explained that I did not mind going back around at all. I was simply asking.
After the quesadilla was made, the bag was thrown onto the counter, and the young lady at the window shoved the bag out of the window and into my hand. I then politely asked for mild and hot sauce and was met with an attitude.
I worked at Taco Bell for two years, so I completely understand the importance of drive-thru times and how employees are measured on them. However, customers should never be made to feel like they are an inconvenience because of those numbers. Most customers do not know or care about drive-thru times. They simply want good food and respectful service.
My food overall was good, except the quesadilla barely had any meat on it. What bothered me most was the attitude and the way the situation was handled, especially when I had already made it clear that I was perfectly willing to drive around again.
After a long day, no customer wants to feel like they are bothering employees just by asking a simple question. I try to be very understanding because I have worked in fast food myself, but please do not complain about drive-thru times to customers or make them feel responsible for them. Good customer service should still come first.

They don't have cashiers at this location, so customer service is already almost non-existent, but what little customer service they do have is bad.
I placed my order in the app last night, I selected in-store pick-up, and was told they would call my name when my order was ready, so I drove to the store and patiently waited.
I got a text saying it was ready and I should go to the pick-up counter when my name is called, but no one called my name.
After waiting a couple minutes, I got up and went to the counter, hoping someone would ask me if I needed help.
No one did.
But a lady finally brought over a bag and asked if that was my name - it wasn't, so I told her my name, and she said "Oh, you have a drive-through order" and I said "no, I selected in-store pickup".
She showed me the sticker on the bag said "DT" and I re-stated that I selected in-store pickup in the app, and the app must've messed up, and she demanded to see my phone.
I showed her my phone, it said "Head to the pickup counter at your selected time. We'll call your name when your order is ready."
Now, obviously the app screwed up, and I even said as much after she showed me the DT on the sticker, but for some reason, even after showing her the I DID in fact select in-store pickup, she felt the need to STILL blame me for the mistake.
Great customer service 🙄
I should've gone to del taco - their customer service isn't any better, but at least the food is.

Grew up with this Taco Bell but lately been having a negative experience. Two different times in a row ordered vegetarian entrees with refried and black beans but they gave a chicken once and another with beef mixed with the black beans. The front staff those days didn’t seem to care and not even apologize. Though they remade it that meant I had to wait even longer. I want this location to stay but management got to change or step up in quality.
