  My family and I waited through a very slow drive-thru line, only to reach the speaker and be met with complete silence. We sat there so long waiting for acknowledgment that cars behind us started honking. The issue was not just the wait — it was the lack of communication. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would have avoided the confusion and frustration. Instead, we were left wondering if the speaker was broken or if we were being ignored. Basic customer service starts with acknowledging the customer.

  Worst Taco Bell experience ever. I waited almost an hour just for one large fries. First I went inside, and after waiting 30 minutes they told me they hadn’t even started my order yet. Then I went through the drive-thru thinking it would be faster, but that took another 30 minutes. After all that waiting, the fries were not even warm. Extremely slow service, poor communication, and a complete waste of time. Definitely disappointed.

  this location out of morrisville carpenter rd is the worse taco bell one can visit, pathetically slow and inefficient

  Food is good but employees are not well managed. They need to hire more people is the overall problem.

  Last 2 times I ordered at the kiosk, they somehow forgot to make my orders both times. I had to keep reminding them about my order and it took almost an hour both times for simple small orders. When I received the order it was not even correct. Would not recommend this location at all.
