I ordered a delivery from here last night. Although the person who answered the phone was friendly & professional my food was absolutely horrible! I thought I added 3 garlic butters to my order but I must not have put it in my cart. So that was my mistake. The pizza was a stuffed crust half pepperoni and pineapple and half double pepperoni. The pizza was poorly cut . Definitely poorly made. It tasted like it had no sauce on it. It was kinda hard and burnt. Like it had been sitting made and then the extra pepperoni and pineapple was added to the top. The cheese in the stuffed crust part was popping out because the crust was not fully folded closed. I don't order food out for this specific reason. This was a treat for myself and a young lady I was watching overnight for a few nights. Needless to say we were both very disappointed. $46 down the drain.

Back in April, I ordered a pan pizza from here, it was soggy and awful. I got an email from the "area coach", Jay/JShaw, and he offered to place a credit on my account. Cool. But when I asked how I use the credit, and if I could use it online, I heard nothing back. When I followed up with him, still nothing. I grew up loving pizza hut.

Unfortunate others have had bad experiences, but I've only had positive. One of the few places that REALLY puts extra cheese when requested. Staff is friendly.

I had a great experience thanks to Kailah. She is an incredibly hardworking manager who made the whole visit enjoyable. She was very kind, attentive, and made sure my order was taken correctly. While preparing my pizza, she stayed focused and professional, all while maintaining great manners and a positive attitude. It’s clear she truly cares about both her work and her customers. Kailah is a great example of excellent customer service!
