  I was just at the self checkout. There was a respectable young man by the name Xavion. he did a wonderful job. He was trying to get changed for another customer about attending to us at the same time. But the funny part is his boss thought he was just talking to one of his coworkers when he was actually waiting to get changed. I hope that young man continues to do the great job he’s doing.

  They allow dogs that are NOT service dogs inside the store around everyone’s fresh vegetables and fruits. DO NOT BUY

  This store only had one person at self check out tonight. No manager assisting while lines backed up down the aisles. The manager on duty Eric had no register numbers. The self checkout person was not watching while trying to assist customers at the desk. The employee at the register had attitude out of frustration and didn’t put my mvp discount on my groceries. I have shopped at Food Lion for years and never experienced nothing like this. Please do better!!!

  Have yet to have a single pick up order go smoothly. Just let customers pick up their orders if you're not going to bother properly staff your stores.

  Honestly it’s really frustrating that I have to do this. But I’ve been doing the pick up orders and this is the 2nd time in a row that there has been issues. They never come out we always have to come in. Look I can understand staff shortage but at this point what is the point of having this service. The customer service people were really rude when I called too. We will no longer be shopping here all together because every time it’s always something even if I go into the store and do my own grocery shopping
