  The store has the look of "it's about to go out of business". Brown meat that should be red, inflated prices that are higher than Wegmans, (boxed wine $4 higher) a lot of people standing around not doing. They obviously don't put any work into the store as far as attractive displays you're basically in there to get in and get out without lingering. Sad.

  The bakery service is really good. Yana made a very nice looking cake with custom design.

  I ordered a birthday cake from the bakery. The baker was very helpful and the cake was beautiful.

  i've went to various food lion’s before, but in this one i found out that the store is very organized. I had a huge instacard order with a lot of products, and an employee called Carlos was really nice to me. He helped me out with it so keep an eye on him!!

  Three Strikes, I'm posting! The people working the online pickup service DO NOT CARE! They don't sent you the links to check in after your order is picked. Then they don't answer the phone when you call from the pick up space. Then when you go in half the time the people up front are not paying attention and messing around. Then we you DO get someone to help it's like you just ruined their day! I don't know why some of the same ones I have seen this way .multiple times are allowed to keep their jobs! Food Lion is supposed to be dedicated to customer service! This location for the most part, not all doesn't seem to be! They really act like they do not want you to do online pickups. And sometimes they act like they only want you to self checkout. It's weird and sad at the same time because it's a nice, big and well kept location.
