  Pre ordered 20 minutes prior just to be told that they don’t start your drink until you walk up to the window. What is the point of pre ordering then? Ran by a bunch of college kids that have poor prioritization and triage skills.

  Ordered through the app for pickup at the window because the drive thru is usually long. On 5/15 at 12:40pm, I walked up to window and my order was ready for pickup. I saw the lady making it and was finishing it up. She was kinda short with dark blonde hair in a bun. She was standing beside a taller girl with black hair, and they were both working on drinks. The one with the black hair actually looked at me and said she would be with me in a minute, while the blonde kept her backed turned and tried to avoid looking at the line. She was the one making my drink. I watched her walk it to the fridge to keep it cold, then stood beside the one with the black hair watching her make drinks, with her back still turned. Possibly it wasn’t her role at the time, but the way she went about it was her making it very clear she couldn’t bothered with helping us. Even though after she made my drink she was just standing there. Another person gets in line. We wait for about 5 mins before a guy who’s at the drive literally runs to the window to help us. The moment he helps me she finally looks over. Gross attitude. Turns out, both of us had mobile orders, and if she had bothered to be a decent human being we both could’ve even helped much quicker than she thought. Pretty awful customer service.

  We went on Mothers day and got a rose with our drinks. Great touch. No matter where you visit the staff is extremely friendly. Whoever does the hiring is great at their job. We are from Texas and it is the same great service there. Keep up the good work.

  Coffee is sweet but not too bad. The execution of the drive thru and pick up is terrible. They should take some tips from chik fil a. I placed an order ahead, came 10 muntes later, and still had to wait another 25 minutes for my drink. I tried it again and went through the drive thru. It took 20 minutes due to the slow process. Someone needs to figure out a better execution method.

  i’m not much of a reviewer but i’ve been coming to this dutch bros a good bit since it opened and have been trying different rebel flavors, my go to is the peach ring rebel but recently i’ve wanted to change things up. in the drive thru i asked the girl taking my order which one was better, shark attack or dragon egg and she said “i don’t know i don’t drink those” and i then said “oh okay which one would you say is ordered more” and she responded with a bit of attitude saying “do you think i just memorize what people get no” and i was just left a little speechless, she then went on to say that white chocolate in rebels is absolutely disgusting. i ended up just ordering the shark attack because at that point i felt like i would be judged if i ordered the rebel that had white chocolate in it. as someone who is a manger in a similar environment this is not a way i would be treating paying customers.
