Currently out of their sausage biscuit.. a nice employee attempted to appease the situation by adding a discount to the sausage croissant but then an unprofessional and aggressive woman began lashing out at us over the microphone. Very unsettling behavior and we left to avoid confrontation.

When I finally made it to the window, I asked the employee to cancel my order because it was taking far too long. He refused the cancellation, promising me the food would be out "quickly."Instead, I was left waiting at the window for another 10 minutes while the staff completely ignored me. No one came back to the window to update me or hand over the food, so I finally had to drive away without my order. Completely disrespectful of customers' time. I will not be returning to this location.

After waiting another 10 minutes with no update, I had to ask about our order. I was then told they didn’t have five croissants available. What made this especially frustrating was that I had just watched an employee take five croissants for what appeared to be a drive-thru order. It certainly seemed like drive-thru customers were being prioritized while in-store pickup orders were ignored. It took about 30 minutes to get our order. If there was an availability issue, someone should have told us instead of leaving us waiting with no communication. Poor service and a frustrating experience.
