  This was an easy 5-star experience thanks to Riley! From the moment I walked in, Riley was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She handled my order quickly and carefully, made sure everything was just right, and kept a positive attitude even during a busy time. It's clear Riley takes pride in providing great customer service, and it really made a difference. Employees like Riley are the reason I'll keep coming back. Thank you for the outstanding service!

  I am writing to formally report an incredibly disappointing and unacceptable experience I had at your restaurant today, July 16, 2026, at approximately 12:15PM, Due to the egregious behavior of your staff, I ultimately refused to complete my purchase and left without food. While ordering, the female employee working the line was openly hostile, making mocking faces at me, and actively mimicking my behavior. When I spoke up and refused to buy the food due to this blatant disrespect, she aggressively tossed the food away. When I told her that try to be nice, she litterelly shouted at me and was trying to justify her actions. To make matters worse, I attempted to address this with the individual acting as the manager on duty. Instead of de-escalating the situation or addressing the employee's behavior, the manager was completely uncooperative and dismissive of my concerns. As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism and respect, neither of which were present today. The behavior of both the line employee and the management team was entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Chipotle's brand values. I request that this incident be investigated by the regional or corporate management team. I expect a response detailing how this situation will be addressed and what corrective actions will be taken regarding the staff involved. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

  Dirty location and unhelpful staff. I've been to many Chipotle locations, and this one may be the worst I've seen. Dirty floors and counters and flies where the food is being prepared. Lobby area is dirty too, and didn't seem like from just one day of neglect. When ordering, my requests for just a little of some ingredients were completely ignored. Everyone working there looked like a zombie, though it was only 2PM. Maybe they need more staff or better training.

  Stopped in for lunch with my family today and all I can say is, the food at this location is horrible and extremely salty. Original bag of chips were super salty and tasted like plastic… very stale chips. Got that bag replaced for another one and while the chips were fresher, they were still very salty. Manager (I believe) asked me to try one more bag and the result was the same… super salty. And not only were the chips salty, the chicken was just as bad, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Tried adding sour cream to camouflage the taste, but it didn’t help. Ended up tossing the rest of our food. The staff were not friendly at this place and the manager (or whoever the woman was to refund me for the chips) acted like she was bothered/annoyed. Customer service…. Terrible! Guaranteed that we will not be returning to this location.

  Was short two dollars but the guy manager has paid for the rest, even if it wasn’t considered “much” it still meant a lot to me and my friend. We ended up getting five dollars to give as a payment but he humbly declined and said all he wishes truly is for his customers to be satisfied and happy. The food was amazing, the portions were great and me and my friend felt welcomed even when we weren’t able to finish our pay. The food was fresh and atmosphere was clean and great.
