  This store cannot follow simple door dash instructions. How do you make an order and forget to add my protein to my bowl. I’m far from vegan and would like to get exactly what I paid for…

  Saad did an amazing job accommodating me and my brother’s dietary restrictions. (We both have celiac disease) We frequently visit this Cava location and when it was our turn to order he switched his gloves without us even needing to say anything. He ensured our bowls were safe from cross contamination all the way down the preparation line. His customer service was incredible and deserves recognition.

  Employees weren’t welcoming, toddler size portions were given, food station was very messy. I have been to another Cava location near by and there’s definitely a difference in atmosphere and cleanliness compared to this location. Will not be returning back.

  Worst cava EVER. Ordered online at 8:41 didn't get my order til almost 930. People seem to not be working in the back. Lady on front told customers she'd be with them in a second while she's texting while people standing waiting to order and others waiting on delivery or pick up orders

  ALWAYS out of items. I enjoy Cava but this location is always out of a protein or a prime veggie that makes the entire entree. Staff is always apologetic but it’s seriously a problem with this location. Eating out is already expensive as is. Honestly, with the amount of times they’ve been out of items, they’re better off reducing the total.
