    Female Employee with the green eyes and brown hair ( wouldn’t tell me her name ) was EXTREMELY rude to me at the counter. The manager was EXTREMELY rude as well which no longer made me want to eat here . It was my first time at this location and it’s the dirtiest one i’ve ever seen . I’ll drive to another state to get cava before i ever come to this one again !!

    I love the food and service at my cava but I tried this one because I was in the area and it was near closing but they had almost nothing in stock and the wait was very long. But beside all that the reason I’m writing this review is because when I paid I handed a 50 dollar bill and got change back for a 20, so of course I had to argue and ask for my change back but the employee said that he was sure it was a 20 and he wasn’t going to check the cameras. I had to get the manager and open the register to show that it was a 50 dollar bill and I did get my change back but it just sucked. I would not recommend this place

    I go fairly often here for lunch. Usually, things are pretty good (other than many employees having a mildly annoyed disposition most days). However, I will not be ordering takeout from here - today was the third time I’ve had my order forgotten, have to talk to someone, and they still mess up my order (this time by adding a dressing on that I explicitly marked as to have on the side). I’d still recommend ordering in person, but their takeout service needs significant improvement

    On multiple occasions when ordering online an exact time was given and the food came out more than 20 minutes later. Not 20 minutes after ordering, over 20 minutes after they said the food would be ready for pickup. The employees all avoid any contact with the mass of people waiting for online orders. It's been so long we don't know if someone stole them. No one will answer. The worse service I've even seen. Today while i wrote this review it took over 30 minutes. Not from when i ordered, but when Cava told me the food would be ready The automated text also said it was ready 10 minutes before it came out. I think the employees in back are lieing about finishing bowls to make it seem like they aren't as far behind as they are

    This review is solely based on the customer service. April 30, 2026 at 1:36 pm I recently visited this CAVA location for the first time after placing an online order and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. While I am a big fan of the brand and the food was as delicious as expected the service at this specific restaurant fell far short of the standard. Upon arriving for my pickup I noticed a complete lack of engagement from the staff. Not once was I or any other customer who walked through the door greeted or acknowledged. The atmosphere felt very unwelcoming which was a sharp contrast to the quality of the meal. The most frustrating part of the visit occurred at the beverage station. I attempted to get a drink and the soda sprayed all over me because the spout on the machine was completely detached and sitting on the tray. When I tried to alert an employee about the broken machine and the mess he was incredibly dismissive and did not seem interested in addressing the issue or assisting me. It is a shame because the food itself remains amazing but the poor customer service and lack of basic maintenance make it hard to justify a return. I will continue to enjoy CAVA but I will be avoiding this particular location in the future.
