Desde que llegué al lugar la persona que entregó la comida la entregó con mala actitud pedimos más comida para comer en el lugar pero como teníamos un pedido para llevar no dejaron que comiéramos ahí disque por política pésima atención al cliente
From the moment I arrived, the person who delivered the food did so with a bad attitude. We ordered more food to eat on-site, but—because we also had a takeout order—they wouldn't let us eat there, supposedly due to policy. Absolutely terrible customer service.

By far the most pathetic Buffalo Wild Wings management I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to many B-Dubs locations and it’s usually my go-to place, but this location is an absolute joke.We sat there for almost 30 minutes while the restaurant was nearly empty, and nobody even bothered to acknowledge us. Then the manager suddenly comes over near closing time with a rude attitude telling us we only had a few minutes left, rushed us to order, and then basically tried to push us out immediately after. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.If this is how customers are treated, then the management at this location seriously needs to be replaced. I’ve never seen such terrible customer handling in my life. I will never come back to this location again unless there is a complete management change.

Absolutely the worst management and customer service I have ever experienced at any B-Dubs location. I’ve been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for years and it has always been one of my favorite go-to places, but this particular location completely ruined that experience for me. We walked in and sat for nearly 30 minutes while the restaurant had barely 3 tables occupied. Not a single person came to greet us, offer water, or even acknowledge that we were sitting there. The employees and manager kept walking around acting like customers didn’t exist. Then suddenly at 11:32 PM, someone finally comes over just to tell us “last call” was in 8 minutes. After making us wait almost half an hour with zero service, they rushed us to place the order and then told us we basically had only a few minutes to finish our drinks and leave. The manager’s attitude was unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If the kitchen or bar was about to close, why make customers sit there ignored for so long instead of simply telling them upfront? That is pure incompetence from management.
I honestly never thought I would say this because I’ve always loved B-Dubs, but I will NEVER come back to this location again. Maybe one day if the management changes and they learn how to treat paying customers with basic respect, I’ll consider returning. Until then, this place deserves to lose business for the way they treat people.

Worst experience ever at B-Dubs. We sat there for almost 25–30 minutes without anyone even coming to take our order. The restaurant only had around 3 tables occupied, so it was not even busy. We were just sitting there waiting while employees kept walking around ignoring us.
Finally, around 11:32 PM, someone came over only to tell us it was last call in 8 minutes. Then they took our order around 11:36 PM and immediately started telling us we had to finish our beer in 4 minutes and leave. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful the entire time instead of handling the situation professionally.
If the kitchen or bar was closing, they should have informed us earlier instead of making us sit there for half an hour with no service. Terrible customer service, rude management, and honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.
