  I tried to call in an order for delivery, but was told the machine was down and I would need to come in to order and then hung up on... I was on the road so I stopped in to order, the guy was pleasant enough.. I asked if I could order and instead of wait have it delivered he said yes.. they didn't have thin & crispy, so I ordered hand tossed cooked well done and one pan pizza, both medium veggie lovers add ground beef, I paid and left.. when the pizzas came they were both sausage instead of ground beef, both different on toppings, but looked the same on crust and no well done on either.. $40 and I gave you 2 chances in one night.. seriously?? I'm giving you 1⭐ solely because you actually delivered food

  We ordered at 5:15 it is now 7:39 and still not arrived and when you call them they won’t answer the phone it was awful I wish to give it a zero

  Went into Pizza Hut it smelled so bad in there that I was questioning the smell so I had to put my sunglasses off and look around and when I looked around, I could see why it smelled the way it did in Pizza Hut. The windows were dirty. The salad bar glass was dirty. The floors were dirty, not just in the back in the dining room. Also, their uniforms were dirty. Their hands were dirty. Another supervisor was working with her baby. The health department needs called. Honestly, as new as that building is there is no way that the score should be a 94. I went right over to Wendy’s and they have a 99

  The new GM here has some serious issues. She is extremely rude and should not be working with the public or employees for that matter. Do better Pizza Hut, we will be driving to Valdese Pizza Hut from now on.
