  JUNE 2026. This was suppose to be a once in a life time event and the pizza sucked! Thanks alot! The worst pizza ever don't know what kind of pizza they made must have got it from little Ceasars because it was worse then there's actually. Have been going to pizza hut most of my life a week later went to the Marion pizza hut and it was the best for the comparison to the one in Morganton? never ever will give the one in morganton another dime. The cost of the pizza was over priced too? I know your going to say that day had no specials going I'll say! Way way over priced for the quality I got!

  We ordered and ate inside at a table. Server was very friendly. Pizza was the best we'd had in a long, long time. We'll visit again.

  The manager Shawn didn't have enough help and had only 2 people helping. This is a good place I like to come to but they need help even if it's pulling people from other places. Great guy !!! He run made tea, got our stuff to us and come asked if we need anything. I will be back

  Got sick from chicken pasta dish. It was old. It was dry. Didn’t eat much of it (yuk) and still sick the next day.🤢

  Shaun the manager at Pizza Hut is truly wonderful. He’s always kind, welcoming and goes above and beyond for customers. One evening when he wasn’t there, our pizza order was made incorrectly. When Shaun found out about it, he personally made it right. He took the time to hand-make our pizza himself to ensure it was done properly. When it came out, it looked beautiful and tasted absolutely delicious. You could tell he really cares about the quality of the food and the experience his customers have. Great service like that is rare, and it definitely deserves recognition. Thank you, Shaun, for going the extra mile! I would like to add that while I was there a sweet little lady named Emily cashed us out and she was very kind and very friendly ...she had excellent customer service skills! Im so thankful for the wonderful staff at the Morganton location!!
