  The manager Shawn didn't have enough help and had only 2 people helping. This is a good place I like to come to but they need help even if it's pulling people from other places. Great guy !!! He run made tea, got our stuff to us and come asked if we need anything. I will be back

  Got sick from chicken pasta dish. It was old. It was dry. Didn’t eat much of it (yuk) and still sick the next day.🤢

  Shaun the manager at Pizza Hut is truly wonderful. He’s always kind, welcoming and goes above and beyond for customers. One evening when he wasn’t there, our pizza order was made incorrectly. When Shaun found out about it, he personally made it right. He took the time to hand-make our pizza himself to ensure it was done properly. When it came out, it looked beautiful and tasted absolutely delicious. You could tell he really cares about the quality of the food and the experience his customers have. Great service like that is rare, and it definitely deserves recognition. Thank you, Shaun, for going the extra mile! I would like to add that while I was there a sweet little lady named Emily cashed us out and she was very kind and very friendly ...she had excellent customer service skills! Im so thankful for the wonderful staff at the Morganton location!!

  We ordered 38 pizzas for an office event, and the staff was very friendly and helped load the pizzas. The pizzas were ready on time, hot and tasted great. thanks Pizza Hut!

  Terrible experience. Had pizza delivered. Paid tip and delivery fee. Our pizza was burnt. I called and they said they couldn't deliver another one, but I could come in and get 2 for my trouble. When I arrived the manager said he could only give me one pizza. We argued and finally he agreed to make 2 pizzas. (Which should have already been done) i waited 20 minutes. Walk to the register and they said we forgot to put your pizza in the oven. So I had to wait another 20 minutes. We all make mistakes, but they made several and didn't want to fix it. Terrible customer service and not a professional manager. This place has gone down hill so much.
