  I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Nobody at the cashier station, employees stood with their back to you, and they would walk by without acknowledging your presence. The employees were more concerned about arguing about their work schedule than helping customers. I never expect a lot out of any McDonald’s, but this was a new low.

  They gave me the wrong order by the time I got home I noticed it it makes me sad how many people have had the same problem

  Another McDonald's restaurant that's worth going to. Morganton's McDonald's are kept clean and running pretty well always, which is why I am much more likely to go to McDonald's when visiting Morganton than in my own hometown. Not absolutely perfect, but hey, it's a McDonald's, you know what to expect, and they always seem to do a pretty good job. Recommended!!

  I try to never come to this location unless I have no other choice. You have to triple check your orders and even when you do your orders will always be missing something or looking a mess. When they cant even put the Huntrix Cards in the box for the kids cause their incompetent or someone stole all the cards at this location.

  I ordered a #7 which is 2 sausage burrito. The lady taking the order, obviously hit the wrong button. It was a big debacle. They did fix the problem. I don't normally eat this garbage, but we were traveling. The chances of me returning are slim!!
