  They had exactly what I wanted. The people were friendly. It was very clean place.

  I wanted to call special attention to a Hannah in customer service, I’ve been having the hardest time in terms of cashing my paycheck, and she took considerably more time to try to process it, although the machine was not okay with a tiny tear on it. The fact that she tried so hard for me, with several attempts, to walking away to try another way, I couldn’t be more grateful for her patience, understanding, empathy, and most of all her positivity. I needed that positivity more than I care to admit. Her customer service was above and beyond and her friendly demeanor made a bad day a bit better even when it still didn’t work out. I walked out happy regardless of the situation all thanks to her putting the extra effort in when she didn’t have to. She could have tried once and been done with it when it failed to process thanks to a tear.
