- GMGrace MarieMay 1, 20261.0Need to hire more people 2 people cannot and its impossible to handle drive thru and customers they are slammed and getting poorly spoken too because people like to grab and go. Stood i side i. line 10 minutes no greeting no service then line piled up and still no order taken. Poor worker running around. And people wait 30 minutes for 1 cup of coffee

- ASAsia ScovernApr 24, 20261.0I went this morning to get a coffee, ordered a frozen Carmel coffee, noticed at the window this duncans puts cinnamon on theirs (never had any other one do that) I let the lady know I was highly allergic to cinnamon she apologized and said they was going to remake it...all they did was remove the whip with cinnamon and put different whip cream on it, same cup, coffee and lid. I am now at work having an allergic reaction. Super disappointed and will not be back to this location
