- SWs w4 days ago1.0Consistently the slowest worst service of any Dunkin I’ve been going to for 40 years. The management absolutely does not care judging from the way this place operates
- BBBarry BordenSep 28, 20261.0What a mess. I have been there twice. First time was inside. It took 15 minutes to order and another 10 minutes to get the order,which was wrong. They concentrated on the drive thru. So the second time,knowing that inside was a huge mistake, I used the drive thru with one person in front of me. Well that seemed to be almost a bigger mistake. If you count the order being wrong again, it was a 7 minute transaction. For coffee and donuts, either time frame is unacceptable. While understanding that some things take time, the inside was actually worse but both unacceptable. How does one fix this if you have issues in both areas? You pick another location. Management is horrible I assume . One day the drive thru takes up their entire concentration and other days it is inside with the same amount of customers in each. Have one person attending inside and another taking drive thru then everyone working together. I have 100 percent assurance of something being wrong. Been there 2 times and both times either received wrong items or try to give me the wrong item. One other thing, like i say to everyone coffee is coffee and iced coffee is iced coffee. Although I specify always, can we assume everyone serving is old enough to realize that when you order a coffee, it can determined to be hot first? Anyway. It is a disaster there and pick another spot. Canal Coffee is up the street, I think it is time to go there. Horrible at this particular place. Get help .

My main reason for the bad review is that the coffee was undrinkable. It was basically milk and flavor added to what seemed to be tepid water. I'm not that picky and this may be the first time I've returned coffee in my life. We won't be coming back.
