The people that were working acted like they didn't know what was going on or what to do. And the management was no help at all. If I could describe the experience in one word, that word would be "painful".

And being that I have many years experience as managers and assistants manager I knew that smell. It was from. Not being cleaned properly very many nights weeks and months in a row. Than I allowed my company to order while I went to was my hands why I did that all the urinals have brown paper towels in them and tte toilet as well and it was very disgusting I almost got sick. But in hopes of things turning around with there food I mustard on. The food was a huge joke. My chicken supreme was just trash is where they belonged they was way past there time to be thrown away. And again having extensive time with fast food I knew right way tte biscuits was the oldest hardest things. I could have used them as a hockey puck. In all honesty. The dirty rice was very dry and the green beans was cold. Then when we called back to complain we told them we could bring them back they then called me back accusing us of lying. I am very very disappointed and am probably never going to go back to another Bojangles ever again I am turned of and my stomach is already not feeling good and I only got this at 6:10 p. m. Friday 11th. We are here now expecting to be treated with very horrible costomer service. And the manager needs to go back to training or be be a manager and not a friend to those high school employees. I am posting regardless of the out come. This is a huge issue with most places food is to expensive to be treated like this and for food to be this awful. I do hope for tte public sake this situation with this location is rendered before it gets people to sick. I am just disgusted. Sorry but not sorry this needs to be handled at a higher level. But having many years of experience they do not care either as this is the reason it's gotten out of hand now.
