  the manager that was working saturday june 13th, is the laziest woman i’ve ever seen. waited 30 minutes for my pizza. lobby full of people. manager complained the whole time and made her coworker do the work while she ran outside to play on her phone for 20 out of the 30 minutes i was waiting on my pizza. is this who yall gave the keys to your store to? cuz she also closed the store early. worst papa john’s service literally ever because of your horrible manager on duty. idc if she worked all day, that’s life. your an adult. i watched do absolutely NOTHING. if yall pay her for that i guess that’s cool but id be so mad if i was paying a MANAGER to stand around and do nothing.

  Placed order 45 minutes before close. They just called to cancel delivery. Website says they are still open for another half hour. Should have gone to DQ instead.

  This is completely unacceptable! $7.99 for a "philly cheese steak. There was literally NO MEAT! Im lying, maybe less than 1 oz of meat. Wife took a small bite and set it down, so naturally, I pick it up and take a bite. No meat! The pizza was decent. But really? Also took over an hour to get here. As you can see from the photos I provided: 1. No meat 2. $7 in "Disc-Coup" (I guess that's why no meat) Papa Johns, you're really slacking and going to lose customers!

  I’m really frustrated with how this order was handled tonight. My wife ordered four pizzas through the app — three large pizzas and one gluten-free pizza for a child who medically cannot eat regular pizza. She also tipped the driver, who was very kind and delivered everything quickly. When the pizzas were being set out for the kids, we realized the gluten-free pizza was missing. My wife tried calling the store twice and got no answer, so she had to drive up there herself just to find out the store didn’t have gluten-free crust available at all. What’s upsetting is that nobody contacted us beforehand to let us know the item couldn’t be made. If we had been told, we could have made other arrangements for said child instead of discovering it after delivery. Then, instead of immediately offering a refund or apology, my wife had to specifically ask for the item to be removed and refunded
