    Walked in and felt like I was walking into a morgue. No greets. No smiles. Just a dead expression look of “ what do you want, I hate being here”. The restaurant inside is extremely dirty. Nobody bothers to wipe down tables. Nobody changes gloves. Jsut cross contamination over cross contamination. Would not recommend anyone to come here. I also find it funny that the owner only responds to complaints related to the restaurant but not its Employees. Like the girl who was so high she couldn’t even comprehend where she was.

    Ordered 7 sandwiches at 11:22 and ended up taking 34 minutes total. About 20 minutes in, I politely asked where our order was. After another 10 minutes, I checked again and was yelled at by an employee across the sandwich counter. I was told that all the employees were new and that I needed to “give them a break because everybody has a bad day.” She also told me to “relax, it’s just sandwiches.” And she also said, “I have the right to refuse service to anyone!” To make matters worse, I was prompted to tip before even receiving our food. I tipped $10 because I was trying to be kind and appreciative. I really don’t understand the expectation of tipping before service is even provided, especially when the experience ended up being this poor. After waiting 34 minutes, two of the sandwiches were also made incorrectly. I get that training new employees takes time, and I would have been patient if that had been communicated. Instead, I was met with attitude and unprofessional customer service. She offered a refund at one point, but I just wanted the sandwiches we ordered. We chose this establishment because we knew we could get food quickly. I will not return.
