    Unfriendly employees. 2/3 orders wrong. Always dirty restaurant. Empty drink dispensers. Garbage overflowing. No forks. Out of chips. Terrible

    I frequently visit this Chipotle location, and I consistently receive fast and pleasant customer service. The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially when I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong location. The food is always fresh and served in good portions. I highly recommend this location.

    The manager Tyler is incredibly rude and completely unprofessional. For some reason you can’t order a quesadilla from the store and it must be made on the online system. The online system would not work and when I asked if they could push the order through the manager Tyler refused started raising his voice at me refusing to make the quesadilla and ultimately refused to allow his staff to serve me and threatened to call the police if I did not leave. The rest of the staff is amazing I didn’t catch the women’s name that was trying to help me. She was even trying to continue to help me until Tyler physically blocked her from the counter and made her walk away. So if you want a quesadilla make sure you order it online in advance.

    I placed an online order at about 6:45 for pickup at 7. I walked in at 6:58 and went to look for my order. It was not ready yet so I sat and waited. I sat at a dirty table covered in fingerprint smears from food and lettuce and cheese all over it. The other tables were dirty as well. I waited for my food for 15 minutes before getting up and going into the line to ask before the manager rudely asked me if I was waiting for a pickup order. I said yes and he proceeded to walk to the back where my food had been sitting the whole time. Every time I’ve come to this chipotle I’ve had issues whether it’s the food, the lack of staff, the cleanliness, and so on.
