  My son and I had dinner here tonight, I wanted the nachos but unfortunately they were out of tortilla chips. Our waitress Juanita was very kind and informed on helping me pick out something different to eat as I’m a very picky eater. Juanita came over to our table several times to check in with us. I hope on our next visit that she is working because I will be requesting her.

  We came here on Mother’s Day for bottomless appetizers and it was absolutely packed. There was a group of 20+ young men, and several other large groups as well, and just a few waitresses. Our waitress Juanita M couldn’t have been more lovely. She ran from table to table with a smile on her face the whole time. We overheard another table being very rude to her about their wait time (which she had no control over!) and even still she continued to serve them with kindness and a smile. I hope Juanita gets the recognition she deserves for providing great service during what seemed like a stressful shift.

  If i could give negative stars i would this place is a joke. I went there on May 1st to celebrate completing my associates with my fiance and his mother, and WORST service ever. Got there was seated, we placed our drink orders and the order for the bottomless apps to begin. It took over 20 mins to even receive the drinks and when we did it was another 10 mins to receive just 1 of the 2 apps we ordered, the waitress literally helped 2 other tables that came in after us and they started receiving their orders while we are still waiting for not only or second appetizer. Never once did the waitress come back by until right before we left and she was making excuses on why we didnt receive our stuff finally we said screw it threw 20 dollars on the table way more than what we should have and left. We went to Mi Cabana a couple doors down and had a way better experience there. And this is not the first time Buffalo has been this way we are not happy and will not be going back DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE HORRIBLE SERVICES AND NO THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL FOR ANYONE TRYING TO DEFEND THEM THEY ARE JUST LAZY

  Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve traveled the world multiple times. I went here midday on a Sunday to get some wings. Upon arriving, there were four patrons at the bar and maybe four tables occupied. While waiting to be seated three different waitresses walked by without acknowledging me and my guest. Finally the hostess stoped by and said she would just be a minute. 5 minutes later she seated us. In a nearly empty establishment. Upon being seated, we ordered 25 wings and two drinks. 30 minutes later, I observed our waitress, gather her items and depart. I’m assuming at the end of her shift. After waiting an another 30 minutes, (now one hour since we have ordered ) I asked the bartender to check on our order. She went in the back and immediately brought our order out. Which leads me to believe that it has been sitting under the heating lamps the whole time. The wings were some of the worst wings I’ve ever had. They were small and extremely dry. I was not able to finish all of them. Most likely because they were sitting on her heating lamps for a while. They also did not have the buffalo flavor available. Which I find funny since the name of the place is Buffalo wild wings. My suggestion is that you closure establishment, fire your kitchen staff, promote your bartender to general manager and retrain all of your servers.

  My family & I decided to eat BWW this past weekend and it was absolutely TERRIBLE! I had not been to this BWW in years because of my negative experience years ago and it’s sad to say nothing has changed. The honey bbq boneless chicken wings were hard as a rock, my tater tots tasted old, stale, and crunchy, and my skillet cookie was undercooked. It took TWO hours for my family to get their food and the waitress forgot to put one of my family members orders in.. It was the absolute worst experience, I do not even understand how this BWW is still open. 10/10 —-DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUFFALO WILD WINGS!!
