  Very Disappointed and confused why your advertising says breakfast from 11pm-11am….. yet while sitting in the hospital waiting to be discharged. I craved breakfast and knew were I could get it……SIKEEEE. Lost a 60 dollar bill to Waffle House. All item selected are breakfast items 2/3 can’t be ordered till 6pm change the menu to say serving breakfast 6am-11am Feeling like major false advertising is being done and it’ll probably be a while before I bring my business back. Honestly never dealt with this at any restaurant in Texas must be a North Carolina thing.

  My husband went to pick up our order and they told him there would be a wait for the milkshakes. Then the machine went down. Then it was back up again. He wound up standing around 40 minutes for food. He asked the restaurant to remake it because it would now be cold. He got home with the food and it was clearly just reheated. Over dried out and not fresh. I called and the woman Bianca maybe? Argued that the food was fresh. Pass on this place.

  Where do I start? First time here since the place opened. Have had this at other locations and it wasn’t this bad. Terrible service, food was decent but cold from the wait and even the soda was stale with no flavor. They missed a kids meal on the initial handoff, glad I reviewed the order before driving away and noticed only enough burgers for 4 instead of 5. Went back into line where I explained what happened and they asked me to pull ahead. After waiting behind several cars I pull to the window and still they hadn’t made missing kids meal order. They finally get me the meal and it’s in one of those containers for kids. Great but that left me wondering why the initial kids meal they gave me came in a regular bag? Again they screwed it up and this took about 30-40 minutes total. Brought the food home and upon unwrapping 3 out of the 5 burgers were prepared incorrectly toppings wise. Not the end of the world but the receipt was correct. Simple stuff like no mustard etc.. Hope this place turns it around and gets the basics down ( fries were also stale) as the food was just ok.

  I absolutely recommend this location. They have a 99.5 Sanitation Rating. Our family has allergies and they have always done a fantastic job for us. Dianna, the Operating Partner is very considerate and makes sure that we have what we need. They try very hard to make sure everyone has a good experience here. We've also noticed that they have made some upgrades to their staff which has really helped. Thank you for providing excellent customer service.

  I had previously tried and was disappointed at another whataburger location in Indian land and had hopes that this one would be better. The employees were nicer, so they have that going for them. But food quality, holy soggy sodium batman. The "burger" is paper thin, mcdonalds has thicker patties, and It was so salty it was inedible, and even if it wasnt salty, why is it so wet? Why is the bun literally soggy? The tea was sour, not as in it didn't have enough sugar, as in it was actually sour, like they put the lid on before it cooled after brewing and it made the tea gross. Either that or this tea is from last month. The onion rings were okay, a little over cooked but at least they were edible. Overall I can see this entire chain failing in the carolinas due to established competition offering better quality at a better price point.
