  Worst experience ever/ first off their app is awful does not give any details about your delivery- secondly I got a delivery that took over an hour and everything was hard rock cold- called to try to let them know and have been on hold now for 27 minutes and counting- will not ever order from this location again-

  We did an online order. Did the drive through pick up window and the lady Shannon at drive through was so incredibly kind! Such a pleasant personality. Food was on point.

  2 times order thru Uber Eats and yall say my order was picked up!!! According to Uber Eats never was picked up!!

  The woman who was working the drive thru was so nice, as usual. Very friendly and good customer service. But my breadsticks were very burnt/overcooked. This happens with both the breadsticks and cheese sticks. I've always liked Pizza Hut but I don't know if I'll order again from this location because the breadsticks are always overcooked. I'll probably try the next closest location, maybe Shearers Rd, or a different pizza place entirely. I've even tried calling to ask if they could take out my breadsticks/cheesesticks before they burn. The man I talked to acted like there was no way to do so. I really don't understand why this is an issue because it's not an issue at any other Pizza Hut.

  We took our grand kids to Pizza Hut tonight. We were excited to see that there was actually an old time fine in. From the moment we walked in, the gentleman who had just got to work(wish remembered his name), told us to take a seat and took our drink order right away, there is new management and they are updating the interior to be like the old school pizza huts. Service was Top notch, we ordered the garlic and plain cheese breadsticks which came out hot and delicious. Our grand kids had personal pan pizzas, which they ate all of their food. ( which doesn't happen very often). We had a deep dish supreme pizza with extra cheese. Everything came out hot and excellent flavor. Our waiter was so awesome!! I would recommend everyone to try them if you haven't and support our local old school restaurants. We will definitely be back again!!! Hang in there new owners, your doing a great job!!!!
