  The lady in the front was very rude. I waited on hold for 35 minutes and drove to store and she said they didn’t have enough people to pick up the phone. Then asked for a manager and she told me to leave the store she could not talk. Will never come back. Terrible terrible customer service. Such a shame because the food is great but the people there have no value for the customer

  Food was fresh. Service was great. Staff was beyond friendly! Hunter and Joey made a great team and were enthusiastic to help and very friendly!

  Have got pizza and wings from this pizza hut -2 times in less than a month on vacation, been prepared perfect. Got my order right both times

  I'll start by saying that I have NEVER been a fan of Pizza Hut. I always thought their pizza was too soft and just not that good. Today, they changed my mind. My family and I wanted to try dining in at the one here in Mooresville since it just reopened inside. The food was good, fresh, and hot! We were treated very well by the 2 men that were working at the time. I think they changed management and you can definitely tell. Very good and very satisfied. I challenge you to try it and support them. It's nice to see something old school trying to make a comeback! Good job, Pizza Hut!

  what we ordered: 1 large stuffed crust pizza w/ chicken sausage, onions and pesto chicken Alfredo pasta w/ cheesticks It was quite frankly horrible. the pizza had some sort of plasticy pieces on 2 of the slices and the pesto was completely missing on top of the pizza. The food was also 10 mins late despite them having 0 customers at the time and the cheesticks I ordered were replace with regular bread sticks which they said was freshly baked but tasted old and stale The worst part has to be the pasta. It was worse than the microwavable pastas you can get at Walmart. It was sticky in a bad way, tasted old and the alfredo was bland. Please do yourself a favor and buy frozen pizza, it would be cheaper and taste better.
