  Had a very unpleasant experience with a manager here I was loading my car and he started smoking a cigarette next to me I politely asked him to stop and he proceeded to chuckle and keep smoking next to my car I have chronic lung issues this is not okay

  Do not use the To-go service. Charged my card 300 and canceled when I got there. They couldn't tell me why and couldn't refund my money and wouldn't let me pay for them another way. Have to wait 5-7 days for the funds to come out of pending status with my bank which is a lot of money to have in limbo especially when they can't tell me why my order was canceled.

  There was no one running any checkout registers, only self-checkout. No manager around to ask, and when I asked the person in the self-checkout area, he said they were all on break. It was not like it was early or late night but 730 in the evening. I am a disabled vet, and if I wanted to check out my own groceries, I would save myself money and shop at Aldi. If this ever happens to me again I will no longer shop at foodlion. I am not a fan of this current trend in customer service.

  Great staff at this location. Diane definitely stands out as she is always hustling, polite and a model employee. I come in daily due to my walking routine and she’s the same great person every day.
