    Disappointing, I am from the PNW and know what Dutch Brothers is supposed to taste like and the Mooresville locations dont even compare. Your employees need more training in general from the order taking to the making of the drinks. The girl that took my order was complaining about how people order their drinks and didnt even know how to make a drink "creamosa" style. The system allowed an option to order the drink like that, but when I got to the window again they had to ask what it was and how to make it, and when I finally got the drink, it was so bland, and lacked the flavoring. Also, the wait time to actually get your order is awful. Please train your employees better! Glad the drink was free, so I didn't waste any money. Do yourself a favor and visit a local coffee shop.

    This place is amazing! Coffee and sodas are so delicious! Very great customer service, especially Leighton she took my order with great enthusiasm and gave me great suggestions!

    Great coffee I come here pretty much every morning before work. I get to the location around 7:05 as I leave my house for work at 7. It is now 7:23 and I’m still 4th from the window waiting for my drink …. some days it’s in and out, perfect …. other days it’s like this. 25-30 minute wait, which makes me late for work :/ Genuinely love coming here but why in the world does it take 30 minutes some days ?? More staff is needed, or better staff, who knows…. but it’s really unacceptable to have to wait this long for a single coffee all cause one person ordered something ridiculous. Also they have the most inappropriate music blasting every morning, occasionally it is something nice but it’s usually some song about drugs or s3x as if there’s not a bunch of highschool kids working here….

    Service is great, and everyone is always super friendly 100% of the time, but this place has been abysmal for their drink mixes. Second to last time, got a golden eagle, and it was pure white. Virtually no coffee whatsoever. Got it again today, and it taste like hazelnut? I really hope the management can go in and retrain because we love Dutch bros, but the drinks have been awful recently. I only leave a 1 star to catch attention, and definitely willing to change it if they can start making drinks accurately.

    I miss Clutch. The "Golden Eagle" that supposed to taste like a caramel macchiato...barely tasted like coffee. Took 30 minutes to get coffee...I don't see what the hype is about. And Dutch Bros...copy/pasting the SAME thing on EVERY review tells all. You don't care. The company truly doesn't care. Tell us your feedback at some other place?! Is the google review not enough...if it really mattered, the company would take the feedback from where it was posted.
