  I was really excited to try it, so I went in extremely optimistic and open minded. The drive thru situation with the publix parking lot is insane. The reason the line is so slow is because the workers just want to chat instead of hustling to get people their drinks. I get being nice and forming relationships, but not so much when the line is backed up that bad! The drink was good but not amazing. Will try it again after several months and give it another shot

  I don’t understand the negative reviews, me and my husband tried Dutch for the first time ever this morning and we loved it! Yes I can understand the frustration over the traffic pattern as were we, until the lady at the window told us the reason was because they were getting so backed up and people called the cops, I’m sure the traffic pattern will go back to normal when the newness wears off but don’t take it out on the workers, who were nothing but sweet and kind! We def will recommend to others!

  Wait time is around 20 to 30 mins to be expected with a new drive thru coffee place but staff is super nice and working hard in this summer heat. I am not a huge coffee drinker and when I do have anything with coffee it normally has tons of cream or milk and sweet. I don't like bitter strong coffee so in my opinion I loved the golden eagle ice coffee and caramelized blended freeze we tried. We also had a strawberry smoothie which I absolutely loved and tiger blood lemonade also amazing!

  DB doesn't deserve the 1-star reviews based on growing pains. If you knew anything about classic DB, and you loved Clutch, you will come to love DB, too. After all, the business model is identical. Came out here from Norcal in 2019 after drinking DB for years at my local shop, and was shocked at how alike Clutch was. Turned out the owner worked for them a long time ago and saw an opportunity out here. Yes, I was a little sad to see them bought out, and yes there will be issues to start, but I'm happy to see their success grow from one coast to the other, and can't wait to get my Cocomo on a regular basis.

  Can we bring back Clutch? It feels like someone walked into a successful coffee shop and said, "You know what this place needs? Less convenience and worse coffee." Let's start with the drive-thru redesign. Who looked at the entrance everyone had used for years and thought, "Nah... let's make them do a U-turn and take the scenic route through the Publix parking lot." Bold strategy. Then came the drinks. I ordered four. Three were downright awful, and the fourth earned a participation trophy for being mediocre. If that's the "guaranteed satisfaction," I'd hate to see what disappointment looks like. Meanwhile, the line moved at the speed of a DMV on a Monday morning because the staff seemed more interested in social hour than the line of customers standing right in front of them. I still have no idea what caused the backup, but I had enough time to question every life decision that led me there. I'd honestly rather wait 30 minutes for burnt Dunkin' coffee than spend another dollar on whatever science experiment ended up in those cups. Clutch had me stopping by because I wanted coffee. Dutch Bros has me stopping by to remember why I don't.
