    I ordered a "smoothie" and this is what was handed to me from the window. Unfortunately I was in the backseat and didn't realize until we had left the drive thru. Just disappointed that this even left the window like this. The people have been friendly but have been routinely disappointed in the products.

    Major storm guy at window was so wet and still so sweet. I love your dedication man. I'm so glad you are here. I tried to help by writing my order down. Sorry I couldn't put my phone closer.

    The coffee is great, and the people are wonderful! My only complaint is the drive-thru line—it is extremely slow. I think opening a second drive-thru window would really help keep things moving.

    There are some clutch workers there and if you ask them, they can try to make your favorite clutch drink! My favorite has been the toasted marshmallow as a staple and their seasonal drinks are good too. The service has been really nice, the west coast team trained them well.

    I’m not sure why there are negative reviews. I have been to this location several times and have only had positive experiences with the staff, and my order is consistent every single time. Thank you Dutch for making my day better! 🩷
