5 🦴 As a longtime customer, I am pleased to report that this Dunkin meets my highest standards. The employees know my order by bark, greet me warmly at the drive-thru, and provide excellent pup cup service. My human also enjoys her coffee. You’ve served my coffee and given my barking hound her pup cup with smiles on your faces and the best customer service possible. My Caramel Craze, "hot, no whip”, is consistently made the way I order it, and so delicious that I rarely visit a competitor.
A round of applause goes to Brooklyn, Fiona, Kylie, Amira, Eduardo, Olivia, McKenzie, Mariana, Shane, Rena, and Cam! Kudos also to the students who went off to college, graduated, or moved on to new opportunities. Special recognition goes, too, to former manager Ann, who turned this Dunkin’ around soon after I moved here, and to Carrie, who always made sure my coffee was perfect.
Thank you all for your hard work, kindness, and dedication. You are appreciated more than you know!
PS Years from now you may not remember me, but I trust you’ll remember, “There was this sweet hound who barked her order into the intercom, ‘WOOF WOOF WOOF!’ and would not let us forget she was waiting for her "pup cup please!' until it was served.”

Terrible experience from start to finish.
I ordered two drinks and two donuts in the drive-thru, and the process was shockingly frustrating. I had to repeat the donut order three separate times. The first time, I was told they were out of one item, which is understandable but odd for a donut shop. But the second and third times, it was clear the order simply was not being followed. Mid-sentence, the person on the speaker abruptly changed, adding even more confusion.
After finally confirming the order, we sat in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes. Based on how things were going, I can only assume the cars ahead of us were also dealing with incorrect or confused orders. Very slow service.
When we got to the window, the staff did not seem to know which order was ours. They handed us one drink, but had completely left the second drink off the order. When I pointed this out, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, even though I had already ordered it. I had to repeat myself multiple times again, and eventually left before they could even properly add it.
Then, after all of that, I got home and realized they gave us the wrong donuts too.
This was not a small mistake. It was a complete breakdown in basic order-taking, communication, and accuracy. I won’t be visiting this location again.

We ordered drive through and my order was made incorrectly. Well, they didn't repeat my order. That's basic thing when it comes to taking orders especially drive through because it's hard to hear. The manager should train them again.

The coffee was okay. The service was weird???? Imagine talking to someone at the counter and the whole time they are talking to someone else hiding behind the back while giggling, looking away and sneering. I had to ask multiple times if everything is okay because I was so confused. Definitely a weird experience.
