Unfortunately, I often end up driving to a different Dunkin’ farther out of my way because this location’s frozen drink machine seems to be out of service constantly. I understand that equipment breaks occasionally, but this has been an ongoing issue for as long as I’ve been coming here. It’s the only Dunkin’ I’ve visited that has had this problem so consistently. If you’re craving a frozen coffee, Coolatta, or other frozen drink, there’s a good chance it won’t be available. It’s becoming frustrating enough that it reminds me of the reputation McDonald’s has for its ice cream machines always being down. I like this location otherwise, but management really needs to address the recurring machine issues

There is a sign on their bathroom that says it is cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis. Apparently, regular basis means 2001. The floor was sticky and the sink was nasty. I'm sure it had been at least six months since the toilet bowl had been cleaned. This franchise is giving Dunkin a bad name.
