  Worst experience ever. Adyson was not knowledgeable of anything, was messy, and extremely rude to me the entire exchange. Will not come back until people like that are not employed.

  My family and I live close to and frequent this Dunkin Donuts and usually everyone is very nice and helpful and everything is great, so I was reluctant to post this review. I just tried to submit this feedback through the online Contact Us Form instead as a courtesy, but that has a glitch that is not allowing me to do so nor could I find an email. This past Friday morning I was treated so rudely by a woman that works here that I had to take a couple days to cool off. I just shared this story with my family to find out that my daughter has recently been treated in a similar manner when ordering. So I feel it’s only right to share this experience so that hopefully this behavior can be corrected. This past Thursday evening I messed up on a mobile app order for 2 boxes of Joe and 2 dozen of assorted donuts. I placed the order to be picked up asap instead of delaying the pick up when to the following morning. So I realized my mistake and called the phone number listed on the Google listing. There was no answer which of course is understandable, but the voicemail has an auto message that does not indicate it is Dunkin Donuts so it made me feel like the call went to an incorrect number. So I tried it again and left a voicemail to postpone the order. Since the voicemail greeting sounds robotic and generic, I wasn’t convinced I could stop the order in time before the coffee was brewed and the donuts were boxed, so I tried one more time a few minutes later and Kenzie answered who was very sweet and gladly postponed the order for the following morning. So, clearly I’m a bonehead again because then I realized that I made another mistake and booked the order for the wrong morning than when my group needed it. I ordered it a day early and actually needed it on Saturday. Completely my fault and on my way to work I called to make sure the order didn’t get made and to postpone for Saturday. I realized my call was likely in a busy time for them, but was concerned that due to the generic greeting I could be getting routed to a wrong line again. So I waited a few minutes and tried again with no answer. Then arrived at my work and had to run into a series of meetings and knowing this was my last chance to catch the order before it was made I tried again. Yes, I realize how that could be stressful to the team and I felt bad even calling. So I was just about to walk into work and I get a call back from a woman at that location telling me off about “how dare I call so many times during their busy time” and that she sees my number on caller ID and how she can’t believe I would have the nerve to even think about calling in during their busy hour. Her tone and and approach was so aggressive and rude, even when I started to explain that the voicemail did not seem to work right. I felt bad about my mistake, but I also was so mad that she treated me so poorly and didn’t bother to find out why I was calling to begin with. I just had to hang up and go into work rather than remain on the line and be scolded for my phone calls. I abandoned the paid for order and ordered again for the next day from another location. I won’t be going back to the Williamson Rd location for quite a while.

  This is the worst Dunkin I have been to. The employees don’t know what is in stock or what any of the products are, and cannot talk to customers correctly at all. I understand I won’t get the exact same drink every time but to have different drinks come out entirely than what was ordered is just ridiculous.

  Good coffee and donuts with many breakfast sandwich offerings. Wasn't crowded, but service was a little slow.

  Since when do drive-throughs ask for tips, and the options are the same as you would give a waitress running around in a restaurant making waitress wages. Insanity, no thanks won't be back. Prices are already inflated, I'm not here to pay your wages for your employees so upper management can get bigger bonuses
