The young lady making the food was very dismissive in her expressions and response to any part of her job while attending to me involving customer service. I had a small request for a pick up order : to add extra sour cream to which she responded by sighing heavily and just seemed to not want to be there. I leave this review in hopes that she will remember that regardless of how your day is going it should not be poured on to others your serving. Hope she continues to grow. 🙏🏽

It’s usually the same young woman who seems terribly inconvenienced by customers and has the worst attitude and grumpy look on her face. She belongs in a school cafeteria as the old grumpy lunch lady. Tables are always filthy too, they never seem to wipe them down. Go elsewhere unless you want bad vibes.

The counter area wasn’t clean, and ingredients looked disorganized in the serving line. Food prep also felt rushed—portions were thrown together quickly rather than carefully assembled. The beans weren’t properly drained, and some of the salsas and toppings looked like they had been mixed or cross-contaminated (for example, sauces mixed together in containers they shouldn’t be). The queso even appeared to have chicken mixed into it, which was off-putting. The grill also looked heavily used with burnt food buildup that didn’t look cleaned during service. Staff were actually polite and didn’t have attitudes, but the workflow felt chaotic and focused on speed over quality. The dining area and drink station also needed attention—ice machine didn’t seem to be working properly and a drink option was out. Overall, for the price, it felt messy and poorly maintained. We drove out of our way for this visit and left disappointed.
