  I got 2 steak biscuits that were good. I also got a family dirty rice and a family pinto beans and a sweet potato pie. The dirty rice and the pinto beans were 3/4 full and tasted terrible like they were sitting out all day. I had to throw in garbage. Their pie was awful. I used to love those pies. I will never return again. The steak biscuits were the only thing I ate . The pie rice and beans all went to the garbage.

  I came through the drive-thru at Bojangles just trying to grab a simple keto-friendly breakfast—four scrambled eggs and bacon. I get all the way to the window ready to pay, and suddenly I’m told that if I’m using tap, I have to come inside. No sign, no notice, nothing on the menu board—just an inconvenience dropped on you at the last second. Then I’m told they can’t take phones through the drive-thru “in case they drop it.” That makes no sense—how is that even the customer’s problem? If that’s your policy, it should be clearly posted BEFORE people sit in line and waste their time. So now I have to park and go inside, which defeats the whole purpose of using the drive-thru. And once inside, it didn’t get any better. No one acknowledged me, no one was ready to help, and when I finally said “hello,” a worker yelled back in a rude tone instead of actually assisting me. There was zero customer service and zero empathy for the inconvenience they caused. The only positive thing I can say is this experience reminded me to stay more organized at home—so I don’t have to spend my money here again.

  Best biscuit and gravy and prices are great. Drive thru is always quick and food is hot. Can't ask for more.
