  Consistently great food, but the service is extremely slow. App ordering consistently deprioritized where they indicated done and will wait for additional 15 minutes to be ready once arrive after app says done.

  I’ve always liked the food at Bojangles, but my recent experiences across multiple locations have completely turned me away. I’ve visited several stores in Mooresville, as well as locations in Huntersville and Kannapolis, and unfortunately the issues have been consistent. The biggest concern is the behavior of the staff—interactions often come across as dismissive, unprofessional, and at times outright rude. Customer service seems to be a recurring problem, not just a one-off experience. Another frustrating issue is being told that certain items—like dark meat chicken—are no longer available because they’ve “met their quota,” sometimes before 8 PM. That’s confusing and disappointing as a customer, especially during normal dinner hours. It doesn’t align with the expectation that a restaurant will continue serving core menu items throughout the evening. Between the lack of professionalism and the repeated availability issues, I’ve reached the point where I no longer choose to stop at Bojangles. I hope management takes a closer look at both staffing and operations, because there’s clearly a pattern that needs attention. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Either the manager/owner who gave permission for this should be embarrassed, or the workers who were on duty need a serious reprimand. Went at 9:25 and got in a line of 5 cars. A lady pulled up beside me and said not to waste my time, that the person supposedly taking orders was pretending not to hear anything for 5 minutes while she tried to talk to her. Sure enough, I go look in the window and the young black girl standing at the window is giggling into her phone while another kid did the floors. At least he was working I guess. Closing 35 minutes early and telling people so is one thing, but they were in there having a good ole time, cleaning up early and laughing at the line of customers they were leaving waiting outside.
