I’ve visited several stores in Mooresville, as well as locations in Huntersville and Kannapolis, and unfortunately the issues have been consistent. The biggest concern is the behavior of the staff—interactions often come across as dismissive, unprofessional, and at times outright rude. Customer service seems to be a recurring problem, not just a one-off experience. Another frustrating issue is being told that certain items—like dark meat chicken—are no longer available because they’ve “met their quota,” sometimes before 8 PM. That’s confusing and disappointing as a customer, especially during normal dinner hours. It doesn’t align with the expectation that a restaurant will continue serving core menu items throughout the evening. Between the lack of professionalism and the repeated availability issues, I’ve reached the point where I no longer choose to stop at Bojangles. I hope management takes a closer look at both staffing and operations, because there’s clearly a pattern that needs attention. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
