  The first thingThe first thing that I noticed was that in all the first time in my 3 years living in North Carolina they had a sanitary inspection rating of 100 which is a perfect score. High-end or otherwise. I've never seen a perfect score. I believe it was the owner that took our order at the register and he was extremely nice. They had a lot of staff so the food was out quickly. The Hawaiian Kieth that I had was very very good and now he's definitely going back for more

  This location is the best around! I have tried other locations and they just don’t offer the same personal feel when you enter the Monroe location. The entire staff is super friendly and so accommodating to any concerns. I always feel that they go above and beyond to make every order the best! I have a hard time HAVING to visit the other locations knowing I will not be treated as any customer should. I wish all of the other locations would take a lessen on how real customer service should be presented. The owner of this location has set the bar really high and has earned my promise to visit their location over any others. Thank you!!

  I had such a great experience at Tropical Smoothie! The staff was super friendly and made everything quickly, even though it was busy. My smoothie was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly blended—honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while. I also tried their food, and it was just as good—fresh, tasty, and filling without feeling heavy. The place itself was clean and had a really positive vibe. You can tell they care about quality and customer service. Definitely a go-to spot when you want something refreshing and delicious. I’ll for sure be coming back!

  Always greeted with a smile. Was helped to create a smoothie I was looking for that was no longer offered. It was so good. 💯 sanction rating. What more can you ask for.
