  We frequent this location often and Michael is by far the most professional, personable and attentive employee we have come across at ANY Taco Bell! If we had cash we would’ve tipped the guy! -the anti AI and ice guy

  Made an online order for pickup and went through the drive-thru. They told me to park and wait outside because they would bring the food out to me. I waited over 15 minutes before finally going inside to check on my order. One of the employees asked if it was my order, and I said yes. Turns out the order had already been ready the whole time. I told her another employee had told me to wait outside and that someone would bring it to me. She replied, “Yeah, I know, I don’t know why she said that.” So the staff knew I was outside waiting, but nobody bothered to bring me the order or update me. Very frustrating experience and now the food is cold.never again

  Do yall train the employees to hate the customers? Bc its not just this location. But this location definitely sucks. Everyone needs to be fired. Everyone. Especially the manager, for allowing this ridiculousness.

  I ordered a box and an extra cheese roll up (for the toddler). They handed me the box and closed the window. I waited until she opened the window again and she told me the roll up was in the box. There was a line so I believed her and drove away to school pickup for the older kid. Come to find out the roll up was not in the box, she straight up lied and didn't give me food I had paid for. I have a hungry toddler and no non spicy food for him while we wait for school to let out. I will not be returning.
