  Pretty disappointed in this location. Ordered a couple pizzas Sunday night. Picked the. Up at the drive through. All I could smell was weed coming from the store. Got our pizzas and drove home. Once home found all the pizzas were undercooked. They all looked like they were cut by a 3 year old. Likely will not be doing business with this location again. Filled out the survey expressing my dissatisfaction and was told I would have a. Follow up, it’s now Wednesday and still have not heard anything from them.

  Last night we placed a order for delivery. We ordered two large pizzas. Pineapple and ham large and a large stuffed crust sausage and pepperoni. We received the pineapple pizza.. but we received a pepperoni and cheese regular pizza no sausage or stuffed crust. Now $40.00 may not be a lot to y'all. However everything being so high now days to just a hard time period. The call center messed our order up and added a 10.00 tip instead of $5.00 we called back they took my name and said to call today to replace my pizza. I called and I told "Nicole" the manager on duty what had happened. She was very rude. The call center even got our last name wrong smh .. 😡... Why is it so hard to get good customer service now days... She knew my order number I gave her all my information and she still made it seem like I was trying to scam her. I asked for corporate number she hang-up on me . 😡 I called and I talked to Glen he was very nice and understanding. It will take 48 hrs to resolve this matter. That's okay at least someone is listening. All the AI and call centers are messing up a lot of business. It just needs to go back how it use to be.. person to person. Thank you for letting me vent about Nicole.. over all I usually have good service and food... Not all employees at papa John's are disrespectful or rude. Just "Nicole"
