Charlie, the owner is a really great guy and his crew, WONDERFUL!!! I always look forward to going to get of coffee or a Mist every drink....which is often. Collecting stickers and merch are so much fun. The drinks are great, with a lot of sugar free options.

Super friendly, really appreciate good customer service. Carmalizer is my go too and is outstanding. Really great drinks at reasonable prices. No fault of their own but drive thru is tight, I have a long truck though and won't hold it against them.

If you are a business owner or work in the service industry than this is the model for how to treat your customers and employees! I have been coming to this location for months now. Several times a week. Sometimes twice in one day. Yes the coffee is fantastic. Yes the menu variety is diverse and delicious!!!!! But why do I choose to continue to return?????? The service. I never feel like a stranger, never feel like just the next order. Everyone smiles, everyone is engaging!!!!! Every experience is like the greeting you would get from a friend or family. The energy is inspiring!!! I have been here after they first open and just before closing and times in between. The consistency is tremendous. To the Dutch Bros management team. Do not change your secret sauce for excellent customer service. To all of the smiling faces outside taking orders, at the pick up window and drive-through keep being your best. EACH OF YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would love to love this place, but it is always such an ordeal to get a single drink. The drive thru is always so backed up. The second line blocks people from actually leaving. And they just run so much slower compared to when it was a Clutch Coffee. The staff is friendly but it takes 15-30 mins to get a coffee from here at even noon/afternoon times.
