    I absolutely LOVE this Dutch Bros! I tried Dutch Bros for the first time in Florida and couldn't believe we were getting one in Monroe! I go here multiple times a week because it is convenient for me and I always get something different. Everything I have had is great. The service is also 10/10!

    I ordered a SF decaf iced Golden Eagle and it was delicious. This was my 4th time at the Monroe location and I always get great service and drinks. Meet the manager today and he’s very nice also. Plenty of sugar free options also.

    My family and I visit almost every day and the staff are impeccable. Lillian is one of our favorite waitresses, she’s always so upbeat and willing to fix any problem you have with your drinks or the atmosphere, and the owner is very friendly and almost always wears a smile. 10/10 for us! <3

    We stopped by Dutch Bros because our usual coffee stop, Clutch Coffee, has changed, so we decided to give this location a try. When we arrived, there were two drive-thru lines, so we expected things to move fairly quickly. Instead, we sat for about 10 minutes before anyone even took our order. One employee was trying to handle both lines by himself in the heat, and he was genuinely doing his best. He was friendly, polite, and clearly working hard, so this review isn't about him. The issue was the way the lines were being managed. While he kept having to run inside, he would come back out and help cars that had just pulled into the other line while the three cars that had already been waiting still hadn't even been acknowledged. It was frustrating, especially since we were boxed in and couldn't leave, so we reluctantly placed our order. Between the two of us, we drink a lot of coffee, around five large cups a day, and we're really not that picky. I ordered a simple French vanilla iced coffee because I figured it would be hard to mess up. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst coffees I've had in this area. It had an incredibly burnt flavor. I took two sips, tried to keep drinking it on the drive back to South Carolina, and eventually gave up because I just couldn't finish it. The staff was kind and seemed to be working their tails off, but they also seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. After waiting that long, I expected a fresh, enjoyable cup of coffee, but it was incredibly disappointing. The employee even mentioned downloading the app for a free drink, but if this is the quality and experience we can expect, it just isn't worth it. We won't be returning to this Dutch Bros location and will make the drive to Caribou Coffee downtown instead. I hate leaving negative reviews, especially when the employees are clearly trying their best, but between the long wait, confusing service, and burnt-tasting coffee, I can't recommend this location. My unfinished melted ice coffee as we arrived in Myrtle beach, large size, wasted from poor taste provided in photo.

    Stopped by the Monroe, NC Dutch Bros this morning, and I was impressed! Even though the drive-thru line looked long, it moved quickly. The girl who took my order was incredibly friendly. I’m definitely not much of a morning person, but she was so sweet and cheerful that it made the experience even better. The guy at the window was just as friendly. Customer service was a solid 10/10. I ordered the Golden Eagle with cold foam, and it was delicious! Definitely recommend giving it a try. If you’re in the Monroe area, I highly recommend this location. And if you haven’t downloaded the Dutch Bros app yet, do it! You’ll get a free medium drink of your choice when you sign up. Definitely worth it!
