They have the tortilla. They have the employee standing directly in front of me. But if I stand in line, look that employee in the eye, and say, “Can I get a chicken and cheese quesadilla?” the answer is no. Instead, I have to step aside, pull out my phone, open the Chipotle app, order the exact same chicken and cheese quesadilla, send that order electronically to the people standing a few feet away from me, and THEN they can make it. Same restaurant. Same employees. Same ingredients. Same quesadilla. Apparently the missing ingredient is WiFi. Absolutely makes zero sense. 😂 Thanks for turning a chicken and cheese quesadilla into an online-only technological achievement.
