  ONE STAR! Because they don’t have the option for none. I love Chipotle, but the service at this location is getting worst. Had to wait over 30 minutes for my order, they barely had any protein options available, and the employees look at you with an attitude. They also don’t seem properly trained because they couldn’t even wrap a burrito correctly. Really disappointing experience compared to other Chipotle locations. Hopefully this company sees this and do something about it.

  I visit this location often and they are always out of something. Today they were out of chicken with a grill full of chicken. The manager stated that his DM said that chicken is for online only. I then watch them put another batch on the grill. The lettuce was brown. New manager needs to take over!

  First time trying the food. I ordered online so it would be ready when I got there, even though I planned on sitting there to eat. It was ready on time. It was also really good. I got a steak bowl. This is where I chose for our Saturday lunch out; my daughter and I. We brought her salad from Wendy's. She's just a fussy eater. Anyway, I chose Chipotle because I knew she'd like the music. The music was not on per an employee because the employee could not hear the customers. Why is a speaker in the employee section? It was 2pm. The restaurant seemed understaffed. I sat there for 45 minutes. I only saw the same 3 employees, yes, THREE, They'll be exhausted because the line of ppl never stopped.

  Lots of staff working, only a few customers , and almost no food available for purchase. Being it was around 615pm there should be fresh food but they were out of chicken, steak, and barbacoa. Most of the other toppings were either low or out as well. Was unable to eat here. Was told it would be at least 15 minutes until anything else was available.

  I had a really frustrating experience at this location. I stood in line for over 15 minutes and the line didn’t move at all. There were multiple customers waiting, but no employees were actively helping anyone or even acknowledging the line. It felt completely disorganized and like no one was managing the front. I understand places get busy, but there was zero communication or effort to keep things moving. After waiting that long without any progress, I ended up leaving. Definitely needs better staffing, management, or at the very least some basic customer awareness. I won’t be coming back to this location.
