Just to find out I have to WAIT on “fast food” she should pay attention so me getting upset saying their wasting my lunch break I get out my car to get my food and hear her MOCKING ME telling the rest of staff. Then turns around and tries to gaslight me that I’m having a bad day but I told her to her face “NO I HOPE YOUR DAY GETS BETTER BECAUSE YOUR IN HERE RUNNING YOUR MOUTH!” Unprofessional and rude just like all your other bad reviews say! She also didn’t want to tell me how long it would take whoever’s she training at the drive thru window today at 11:50ish asked her how long she comes to the window stares then answers rudely “I just dropped them 4 minutes “ . Get your rude staff under control come to find out if my dad’s cousin is still managing my mom miss lockhart will be in contact anyways . Everytime it’s something unprofessional and rude at hilltop and the other location burns everything so I chose this location. Then had the nerve to ask did I want gravy or not but if I didn’t come back inside to dump the tea that wasn’t sweet at all she would never have asked did I want gravy or not… that’s how it comes and I would have gotten it with gravy IF I WAS OUTSIDE IN LINE STILL.

I was already standing there for 15 mins, there was only one customer in front of me. One the man finished talking to that customer he looked at me then walked to the back. That's when my 15 min wait started. Still no line, almost empty dining area. Still had to wait way too long for fast food. Luckily the lady came from the back and served me. Thank you to her

Absolutely amazing!They went above & beyond to make sure my catering order was taken care of. The original location I placed the order with had a problem with their fryers- When I arrived they said they couldn’t fill the order. That was at 12pm- I had company coming at 1pm. I honestly didn’t know what to do. Before I left, the manager said she would call the other Bojangles location & see if they could fill my order. I couldn’t believe it when she said “ yes, drive to the other location, it may be a while since it was technically a new order.” Now let me tell you- Denise didn’t know me from Adam, but she moved Heaven & earth . With in 20 minutes she & another employee were carrying all of my order out to the car- These ladies were absolutely amazing! They deserve 10 Stars !!! They saved the day!!
