Absolutely amazing!They went above & beyond to make sure my catering order was taken care of. The original location I placed the order with had a problem with their fryers- When I arrived they said they couldn’t fill the order. That was at 12pm- I had company coming at 1pm. I honestly didn’t know what to do. Before I left, the manager said she would call the other Bojangles location & see if they could fill my order. I couldn’t believe it when she said “ yes, drive to the other location, it may be a while since it was technically a new order.” Now let me tell you- Denise didn’t know me from Adam, but she moved Heaven & earth . With in 20 minutes she & another employee were carrying all of my order out to the car- These ladies were absolutely amazing! They deserve 10 Stars !!! They saved the day!!

Standing around talking with multiple people waiting on food. Two separate customers who were waiting to order left because they were waiting so long. Plenty of workers in there, the issue is none of them were working and when people asked or complained they were extremely rude. Will not be back to this location ever again.
- AAAngela5 days ago1.0Dirty place and mangers have bad attitudes and I went two Sundays ago ordered my food then manager come out with another receipt telling me they have to refund it back to my card because they had nothing I had orderd todsy is the 9th day and still no refund I called and was told basically they can’t do nothing and told me they just can’t give me money cause they don’t know if it was refunded back or not so basically it’s my word against theirs and my word don’t meen nothing but I got the proof on my transaction and the receipt and still can’t get my money this is a sad place

It's a shame, this place uses to be really good years ago. A lot of restaurants seem to think it's OK to sell food that has sat out overnight and for several days. I have my health to worry about. Only positive thing I can say is the drive thru cashier was nice and the sweet tea was fresh. Good luck with your endeavors Bojangles because this is not the way. No wonder the parking lot and drive thru were akin to a ghost town.
- PSpete scarboroughJun 10, 20261.0The morning shift is quick and very friendly, however the closing shift has a lot to learn,just basically kids with attitudes running the place,went to the drive thru and got 2 number 15s ordered bo rounds and kid sat it would be like 5 min to cook, I had to pull up and park at corner,we'll I think they forgot about me after 15 minutes and another car that was behind me had to pull over and wait,so 15 minutes go by ,me and the people waiting too came back in building and we said what's going on,where's our order from 20 minutes ago,they said here it is as some kid adult wannabe smirks and hands it to us,I made them check to see if they even got the order right. Look I'm not going back to that one by the hospital, always something with problems.
