Sadly this place is gone downhill honestly a whole heck of a lot I mean and they've changed management they've changed people over and over and over again honestly this pizza just needs to be shut down and be gone with and it's not the place to get pizza from if you want to survive cuz according to information from the inside and it only takes a couple minutes for them to cook your pizza and get everything done and but you know we waited for another 15 minutes waiting on a pizza but the people that were in there before had been smoking and doing some other drugs and talking about how hard time he was and how and how he was some crazy motorcycle biker gang dude and he ran off one guy that was working there apparently they picked on that guy and then they picked on someone else it's just an overall it's a bad place from what it used to be 15 to 20 years ago and you know cuz I used to deal with that place many many many many many many many many many many many many many many years ago and Sandy was not a bad person but now whoever is running the thing I don't know what in the world but this Pizza Hut I went downhill so fast and changing team members and managers every 2 to 3 months

This location has had ups and downs, but Ive stayed a loyal customer through it all because the people who work there are always so nice and I feel like they hook me up with the cheese. 😋 If mistakes are made, they'll work with you.

We went in after church for the buffet. We go in and there is no food on the buffet. The lobby was full and no one could even eat. The lady told me that it was just her and another employee. The door dash orders where being made, but no food on the bar. Then we ask for a real fork to eat with and she tells us they literally have 3!!!!!! Will not be going back. Obviously they are not paying employees enough, to waste their time to come, yet they are the highest price pizza around. Where is the owner, that should be in there busting there butt to keep business. It's sad because that is my favorite pizza. As we were leaving in disgust we met an older couple at the door who as they were turning around to leave told us this was the 4th Sunday in a row that they wasted their time to drive over there for absolutely nothing but to leave and go somewhere that pays help enough to actually have some help. The sad part is the waitress tried feeding us the generic lies and excuses, not knowing that my husband spent 35 years in food service management..
