- TDTwana Dendy5 days ago1.0I tried to call an order in and was put on hold immediately. I waited 20minutea on the phone on hold. I drove to the store and found there was 1 family in store and several people working. I asked the waitress why was I still on hold and actually had them still on my phone line. They didn’t apologize or try to compensate me for was poor service . I usually like out hut but today they failed expectation greatly. I hope it does not happen again.
- BJBrian JonesMay 10, 20261.0Stopped in on Friday 5/8/26 because of the $9.99 unlimited buffet sign. We walked in and stood there for a few minutes when a young lady came out from the kitchen and said, are you eating here with an attitude? I said yes and with an even nastier attitude she sit wherever you want. Okay, no problem. Walking by the buffet station to a table I noticed there was no pizza, only a horrible looking partially stocked salad bar. The lettuce was so brown and wet I would not have given it to a stray dog. When the same lady came to the table to take our order I asked her about the unlimited pizza buffet I saw on the sign outside, and with the same nasty attitude she said it’s only for lunch. Maybe you should put that on the sign so you’re not misleading people with false advertising. We left and won’t be back. No excuses Pizza Hut, do better. I like to give great reviews when it’s warranted to help promote local businesses even though it’s a franchise. This place dropped the ball on everything. How was I supposed to know that the buffet is only for lunch ?
