actually the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I walked in to order , waited a couple minutes, no big deal . Worker #1 walks up to take the order at the counter and I guess she was new and couldn’t figure out the system, walks to the back and runs the drive thru window while worker #2 was making drinks . I sat at the counter for almost 10 minutes, ignored by worker two completely. No “im so sorry we’re short staffed , she’s new, be with you in a moment” NOTHING … I’m not a Karen by any means and I understand being under staffed and being busy but NEVER have I ignored a customer completely like that . I walked out to let the rest of my party know that I wasn’t going to be getting anything after being ignored for around 10 minutes. They asked for the corporate number so I proceeded to walk in and ask when worker #2 said she didn’t have their number and refused to give her name -10/10 if I could rate it lower , trust me it would be .
i’ve had a really unfortunate terrible morning with the mocksville dunkin, i do want to clarify really quick that i do have current open cases with this dunkin regarding messing up previous orders, that have never been solved, but disregarding those for now, i placed a mobile order this morning around 8:50 am, 10 minutes before i have to be at work which is right up the road, by 8:55 im being handed my coffee but i have to be at work, i get to work, i try said coffee and not only does it have no caramel in it which caramel WAS on the sticker on the cup, as well as it had little to no liquid sugar, and my order consisted of 8 liquid sugar, so i drive back even though i have 5 mins to be at work, and i tell them they made my drink wrong, the guy takes my OLD coffee that they had given me before, goes to the back for a couple seconds, i hear everyone laugh, and then he comes back and hands me the same drink, with the straw in it and all, and i may not work in fast food but i do know that’s a health violation, for every time i’ve gone to a fast food restaurant and they mess up the order im told they can’t take it back, only remake it, i was honestly shocked i was handed my old drink back but didn’t have time to tell them to remake it, i contacted corporate about the matter because that’s cross contamination and just overall not okay, i got a refund & the matter will be escalated to the franchise, and if it’s not, i’ll push it to be, i’ve come to this dunkin over a messed up order in the past and the girl told me she couldn’t take the old coffee back, and i know health codes don’t just change, absolutely not okay, i refuse to even drink the one i had complained about now.
Let me tell you How Dunkin’ Donuts ruined my co worker’s morning. Again🙄
This am she got an order totaling 16$+.
Two egg and bacon wraps, coffee, and a donut.
She can’t eat cheese, hence she specified only bacon and egg.
The coffee was fine.
However, about ten minutes after getting to work she went to enjoy the wraps. Talk about irritated, they were so dry and crunchy the top half of it literally crumbled in the floor when she opened them to put mustard on it. The remainder was so hard it woulda bounced off the wall😞
Mind you, she ordered bacon and egg, it had cheese egg and burnt bacon. You KNOW they seen that when making the wraps. That’s the part that bothers you the most.
It’s already a shame they charge that price for something that tiny to begin with, but to have it sent out to a customer who chose you over Bojangles, McDonald’s, Waffle House, Wendy’s, Taco Bell and Sheets right next to you like that is just wrong.
I offered to take her back up there but how they acted towards us last time she just threw her 9$ breakfast in trash.
I worked cust service 20 years. I get it. But you need to take care your people. We come through there every week multiple times. Dang sure won’t be ordering food there. Sorry guys.
Things cost too much to risk wasting your money on something you can’t even eat. Especially when other stores are nearby that have breakfast that you know is good. Coffee is great though. lol!
Quick service, good coffee (oreo cloud dunkalatte!) and the avocado toast always slaps!

Normally my coffee comes without any issues. But here lately, whenever I order my iced caramel latte, I’ve been given an iced caramel coffee. There is a big difference! And when I call them, it goes strait to voicemail
